    Mueller's sand boa is a nocturnal snake found in West Africa that lives in dry and wet savannah habitats. It grows up to 90 cm long and lives over 20 years. Females lay eggs that hatch in about 14 days at temperatures between 29-30°C. An ideal habitat provides a ground temperature of 26-30°C, 60-80% humidity, daylight fluorescent lighting, loose sand substrate, climbing branches, and food such as pinkie mice.
