 Landscape Design

Top: A city park in need of enhancements. This sketch offers a few focal points for patrons to
enjoy. The gazebo overlooks the pond where one can watch the wildlife. The grass area offers
a place to sit back and enjoy the stream with shade on one side and sun on the other. On the
southwest corner there is a secluded area for those looking to step away for a few minutes.

Below: Backyard needing improvement on a budget. By introducing some new planting beds
and opening up the backyard layout, the owners are able to use the backyard and enjoy the time
spent there.
All: Examples designed using Adobe
Photoshop and Illustrator. The designs
are created freehand using a computer
pen and tablet. All the color rendering
was done using markers and colored
pencils.
Above: The base sheet and elevation views were designed using
CAD then imported into Illustrator & Photoshop where the land-
scape was added. Color rendering done using prismacolor markers,
colored pencils, chalk, and pastels.
