AS THE CLIENT, YOU:

THE CITY SOCIAL WELFARE OFFICE (CSWO)


provides social service intervention to all children
considered as in conflict with law as per Republic Act
No. 9344.

Proceed to interview
room for assessment

Monitoring on the conduct of CICL

WHO MAY AVAIL OF THE SERVICE


A child (below 18 years of age) who is alleged as, accused of, or adjudged as
having committed an offense under the law.
REQUIREMENT
Referral letter from PNP, NBI, DSWD, CHR, Barangay Chairman, Court Order etc.
Child must be assisted by parents or guardian or members of PNP, NBI, DSWD,
CHR or Barangay Chairman.
