 INTRODUCTION

• I am Miss Ragini R. Bhongade working as a trainee chemist in

your esteemed organization from 8th December 2008 in quality
control department.

• In December 2009 I completed my training period, so I

submitted my performance report.

• During training period I mostly analyzed the raw material in-

process finished product (tablet, capsule, pellets, dry syrup)

COMPANY ENVIRONMENT

• I worked in quality control department under the guidance of

Mr. Khatib Sir and Mr. Minhal Sir. They guide me time to
time and gave the knowledge to me about the analysis and
system related to Q.C.

• They solve the problems arising in the analysis. Also my

seniors always support me and guide during the analysis.
 WORK PERFORMED AS PER JOB
ASSIGNMENT

• Analysis of raw material, in-process product and finish product

(tablet, capsule, pellets, dry syrup)
• Maintenance of log book of instrument, standard and solvent
consumption records during analysis
• Calibration of PH meters and weighing balance as per SOP.
• Successfully handling of sophisticated instrument like HPLC,
UV, KFR, Dissolution APP and IR etc.
• Economical utilization of chemical and reagents and
equipments.
• Meet and discuss with in charge daily.
• I always follow G.L.P.

ACHIEVEMENTS

• While Woking in quality control Dept., I performed various

activities, I learned and operate the instruments in Quality
Control department.
• Analyze number of samples of raw material, finish product, in-
process product of tablet, capsule, pellets, dry syrup.
• Working experience on HPLC quite good.
• I worked continuously in first ship.
• I always try to give maximum output within time limit.
• I perform work accurately and efficiently, without affecting
instruments and output.
SUGGESTION AND RECOMMENDATION

• To provide extra new balance for weighing.

• Reduce the number of lot of samples. It increases the
repetition of sample.
• Provide 3 to 4 days training session for knowing the calibration
and fault accrued in sophisticated instrument, so as we can
also detect and cure problem immediately.
• The number of trial batched increasing from production
department consumes chemist time.
• Please change the formulation of ETHOLLINE S.R. Tablet 150
mg. (Aditi Pharma) which always get failed in release, and
also enteric coated tablet like PENTAPRAZOLE, PIRAZIM, and
DICLOFENAC.SOD TAB. These tablets always failed in
disintegration and due to this number of resample increases
which consumes chemicals and time of chemist also.
• Many times CIPROFLOXACIN tablet failed in dissolution and
assay also, so please improve the formulation of
CIPROFLOXACIN tablet.

• I also promise that I will provide better service in future and
wok efficiently more and more for company future.
