LET THE FOLLOWING BE KNOWN FOR THE RECORD:
On January 17, 2015, I was assaulted by believed Agents of KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY INCORPORATED, assisted by
several said Officers of WINSLOW TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT at approximately 8:30 PM (EDT). After the assault,
my personal property was blatantly stolen from me by the said Officers alleging to respond to a complaint made by the Agent(s)
believed to be employed by KELLER WILLIAMS REALTY INCORPORATED.
The following is a list of all of my personal property that has been stolen from me, for which I have NOT been properly
compensated for, and which is believed to be held at WINSLOW TOWNSHIP POLICE DEPARTMENT, wrongfully withheld
from me and claimed as Evidence. Under extreme Threat, Duress, and Coercion, approximately $1,000.01 of my personal
property has been stolen from me and I have no idea where it is to date, nor have I been properly compensated for any of it.
Below is the true itemization of my personal property that has been stolen from me after the assault on my being, in utter relation to
said POLICE CASE # 15002029:

1.) Toshiba Satellite C655 Laptop Value: $400.00

2.) Virgin Mobile LG Optimus F3 Cellular Phone Value: $150.00
3.) Clothing Miscellaneous Polo Shirts, Jeans, and Socks Value: $150.00
4.) Food Kept on the Land/Property Where I was Assaulted Value: $130.00
5.) Exercise Equipment Rotating Push-Up Bars Value: $55.00
6.) Personal Facial Groomer/Hair Trimmer Value: $60.01
7.) Battery-Powered Digital Voice Recorder Value: $55.00
Total Compensation Due to Me: $1,000.01 in lawful money (Alleged Offsets Will Not Be Accepted)
Per the Organic Constitution for the United States of America Republic, Bill of Rights, Amendment V nor be deprived of life,
liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Under absolutely no circumstances, especially under any means of Threat, Duress, or Coercion, do I knowingly or unknowingly,
willingly or unwillingly waive any and all of my Substantive rights in all matters pertaining to my true liberties in honor of my
Ancient Moabite bloodline and in honor of my Foremothers and my Forefathers.
If this matter is not peacefully rectified and resolved, then I will be forced to lawfully pursue this matter to secure my just and
proper compensation for my stolen, personal property. I will allow five (5) days from the date of this communication for this matter
to be completely resolved.
