Essay: Should capital punishment be introduced in our country ?

Capital punishment or the death penalty is a legal process whereby a person is

put to death by the state as a punishment for a crime .It can only be used by a
state so when non state organisations speak of having executed a person they
have actually committed murder capital punishment is used in many countries
around the word But for this case people think differently . Some of them are pro
capital punishment some no .

Everyone thinks human life is valuable . Some of those against capital punishment
belive that human life is so valuable that even the worst murderers should not be
deprived of the value of their lives . They believe that the value of the offenders
life cannot be destroyed by the offender is bad conduct even if they killed someone
. Another reason is that everyone has a inalienable human right to life . Even those
who commit murder sentencing a person to death and executing them violates
that right . This is very similar to the value of life argument but approached from
the perspective of human rights Another argument is vengeance . The main
argument that retribution is immoral is that it is just a sanitised form of
vengeance . Scenes of howling mobs attacking prison vans containing those
accused of murder on their way to and from curt or chanting aggressively outside
prisons when an offender is being executed suggest that vengeance remains a
major ingredient in the public popularity of the capital punishment. But just
retribution designed to establish justice can easily be distinguished from
vengeance and vindictiveness . Another strong argument is that capital punishment
lowers the tone of society . Civilised society do not tolerate torture even if it can be
shown that torture may deter or produce another good effect .In the same way
many people that the death penalty is an inappropriate for a modern civilised
society to respond to even the most dreadful crimes .

Recently in our country occurred most serious crimes. The most recent case is
xhovani case . All of people have information for this case but the most important
think is that is not the only case , but there are cases similar or worse , and of
course this people should be pay for their crimes . A good example may be capital

punishment because in this way people will think before commit a crime . With
another word I personally support capital punishment . I think this law should be
established in our country maybe so many crimes will be avoid .

In short for capital punishment people think differently but the most important think
is to decide what is right for this case . With another words nothing is clear about it
but our government must render a decision for this case .
