Facts:

PetitionerswerechargedbyProsecutorEmilioGalangbeforetheDeportationBoardfor
theirunauthorizedpurchaseofUSDollarsamountingto$130,000.00.
ItisalsoallegedthatpetitionersbribedFilipinoandAmericanofficerstoevadeprosecution
regardingtheirillegalacts.
Petitionerscontendedthatthechargesdonotconstitutealegalgroundfordeportationof
analien.
TheyalsoaddedthattheDeportationBoardhasnojurisdictionoversuchcharges.
Motionfiledbypetitionerswasdismissedbytheboardthatleadtothepetitioners
