New Subsidiaries / HUBS and Partnerships

B2C Europe Germany
B2C Europe Germany is active since September 2014. The company is
based in the Frankfurt area and Mr. Knut Hansman is the managing
director.
Knut worked for many years for BPost and has a large experience in the
iour intention to have our own HUB operating from the beginning of
2015. Strategicallyndustry. It is, this HUB will be become very important,
as this should become our entry point for Germany and East Europe.

New Subsidiaries / HUBS and Partnerships

B2C Europe Italy
B2C Europe Italy will be active from February 2015. The company
is based in Parma (100 km south east from Milano) and will be
managed by Mr. Reto Petris.
B2C Europe Italy is a joint venture between B2C Europe and PVS
Fulfilment Services Italy. PVS is German origin, and is one of the
biggest fulfilment companies in Europe, handling many wellknown brands. The cooperation with PVS allows us to have a
quick operational start in the Italian market, as we will make use
of the existing infrastructure at PVS Italy. The distribution services
of
B2C Europe will be a perfect fit to the fulfilment services of PVS.
We are also investigating cooperation models in other countries.

B2C Switzerland
B2C Europe Switzerland will be active from February 2015.
The company is operating out of Bern, and is managed by
Mr. Reto Petris. On the operational side we will have a close
cooperation with the company Novatraffic based near Zurich,
they will run our Swiss B2C HUB. Novatraffic is specialized in
a customs clearance, and operates a bonded warehouse.
Our Swiss HUB will be very important for our customer outside
the EU (China and USA). For the low value material (< 22 Euros)
we can use the VAT exemptions, and offer from Switzerland a
2 days service into the largest European destinations. This service
can also be of interest for some of our EU based customers,
who acquire their goods outside the EU.

Bring Scandinavia
Bring is 100% daughter company of Norway Post
Bring is offering service into the 4 Scandinavian countries (DK, NO, SW, FI)
The agreement with Bring is through B2C Netherlands
We have 2 rate structures: EX Copenhagen or EX Amsterdam.
For the moment only the solution via Amsterdam is in place.
Although we are accessing a home delivery service, in Scandinavia it is quite
common to upgrade the service to CYP. Therefore it is very important
to have mobile phone or email details to contact consumer.
If not available serious delays will apply, as the consumer is contacted
via ordinary letter mail, which is also a supplement in the costing.
Transit times EX Amsterdam: 2 - 4 working days
Rates are attractive, considering that they include the line haul
to all countries
Norway is a difficult destination due to customs issues.
Service to Norway has temporary stopped for this purpose
