How Time Credits work

Want to get involved with Time Credits? Maybe you feel like you want a bit more
information? Get in touch on the details below. Were a friendly energetic bunch,
were passionate about what we do, and we love hearing from new people and
groups.

We all need a little help sometimes, for lots of different

things. Our communities are no different, and this is where
Time Credits come in.

If you or someone you know has any accessibility issues around using this menu
just give us a call, were always happy to help.

If you give an hour of your time to your community, your

community will thank you by giving you an hour back to
spend on something you like to do.
Everyones hour is worth the same and everyone
gets thanked. Theres no limit to how many credits
you can earn, and the more you earn the more you
can spend.
Time Credits never expire and they dont cost any money.
We are developing lots of ways to earn Time Credits
across your community, and there are already hundreds of
ways to spend them across the country. You can earn and
spend in a way that suits you. Why? Because everyone
has something to give, and ultimately, because a bit of
time together makes all the difference.

About the partner

Action on Hearing Loss is the new name for RNID.

Were working for a world where hearing loss
doesnt limit or label people, where tinnitus is
silenced and where people value and look after
their hearing.

Carers Bucks exists entirely to support and

promote the wellbeing of family carers. They
support carers of all ages and in different caring
roles, including young carers, parents of children
with a physical or learning disability, older carers,
carers from the black and minority ethnic
community and those looking after someone with
mental health problems, including depression.

We deliver the Bucks Integrated Sensory Service

on behalf of Bucks County Council. We provide
support for visually impaired, deaf, hard of hearing
and deafblind adults, children and young people.

Volunteer befrienders make a difference to the lives

of people with dementia by improving well being
and reducing isolation. They provide
companionship and support to people with
dementia by visiting them in their own homes,
through group activities or weekly telephone calls.
Volunteers receive training and ongoing support.

Volunteer in a range of ways with older people or

people with disabilities. Projects include
gardening, sports, creative arts and our allotment
project. Our regular intergenerational project
provides a range of different activities and offers
friendship to residents in sheltered housing.

Aylesbury Youth Action (AYA) provides

opportunities for young people, aged 14 to 24, to
volunteer in the community, assisting all age
groups. The activities are fun and challenging,
ranging from projects with children, the elderly and
people with disabilities to sports and creative arts
and lots in-between. If they dont have a project
that interests you, then why not start one! The
regular projects usually run after school and take
place in and around Aylesbury.

High Wycombe Gateway Club is a social club for

people with learning disability over the age of 18 in
the High Wycombe and District area. The Club
meets weekly during term time and provides a safe,

meet and make new/maintain friendships. We
