makesiteasyforyoutotrackthedifferentfonts,colors,sizes,indentations,alignments,andotherformattingchangesthatyou
haveappliedtoadocument.
OnceastyleislistedintheStylesGallery,youcanclickthestyletoapplyittoselectedtextinyourdocument.Youcanalsouse
thegallerytoclearformattingfromselecteditemssothatthetextreturnstothedefaultNormalstyle.

Whenyoucreateacustomstyle,itwillappearintheStylesGalleryandcanbeappliedtoselectedtext.Youcouldcreatea
customstyletoapplytheformatPalatino,14point,italic,blue,andsmallcapstothenameofyourbusinessinoneclick.When
youmodifyacustomstyle,existingtextformattedwiththecustomstyleisupdated.
