Title: Dare to speak in english!!! Dare to develop.

English is the language that has been recognized internationally. In the various nuances of
international events, english language support is no longer uncommon. So it is imperative for us,
especially students to master the English language it self. There are several things that need to be
in control in the English language, among other things: grammar, vocabulary, and conversation.
For grammar and vocabulary can be learned through several sources, either through a
course or read in various references. However, for the conversation not only need skills, but also
a willingness to do so. Maybe some of us already get training on the conversation it self, but if
the application in the field is enough we do? NO. why? Shy, unusual, because the communities
using indonesian language, afraid that people would called us pompous? If we only use English
in english courses then our english skill will be wasted, because after we finished the course and
we do not continue to apply the knowledge, its would just disappear.
Here are some tips and tricks on how to maintain / develop our capabilities in the
conversation:
1. Do not be shy
Although the environment around you, using the Indonesian language, do not be ashamed or
afraid to speak english even people said that you was pompous, say that you just want to
learn together and do not intend to arrogant, forget if there are words that insinuate or assume
that as one of the support which makes you continue to develop your skill.
2. Do not think too much about grammar.
Grammar is important, but the requirement of communication is the other person understands
what we say. So even though we were wrong grammar in grammar, its okay. but do not
forget also the aspects of past, present, and future.
3. Starting from the people around you
Starting the conversation with the environment around you, with parents when possible, with
siblings, with college friends. Because when we starting our practice from the environment
around us for conversation, our intensity and ability to conversation in english will rapidly
evolve

4. Customize the existing environment

See the situation and conditions if you want to start a conversation, for instance in a casual
conversation. Avoid serious environmental as a very important discussion and using the
Indonesian language, because it can be considered rude or impolite. Or start to speak in
english with a person who understand in english, because we can say it as conversation if the
other person understands what were talking about.
5. Start by inserting a word, a phrase, a sentence of up to
Start a conversation does not mean all our conversations conducted in English, you can start
a conversation by inserting a word or a phrase in a sentence you. And when you are
completely fluent and your friends understand you can use a whole sentence in English.

Appreciate your friends / people who began to speak in english.

If you want respected, then respect others. It is your principle in conducting conversations.
Never ridicule a friend who began to invite you to speak English. Think of it as an
opportunity for you to start your conversation. If your friend is wrong, you just confirmed it.
And ask him to give input if you made a mistake

7. Do not be afraid to ask if there are words / phrases that you dont understand.
If there are words / phrases of your friends that you do not know, do not be shy to ask.
Indirectly, you will develop your own knowledge by asking. With errors and questions you
will find the truth and you will not repeat the mistake for the second time.
8. Do it now!!
By performing the steps above do not be ashamed or afraid anymore. Let's do the
conversation now, because now is your time to progress and develop
With a mastery of grammar, vocabulary and conversation , then your English language skills is
no doubt, with your conversation also accustom your ear to hear the words in the English
