REGULAR CLEANING OR MAINTENANCE

Cleaning the inside of mesh filter
Maintenance frequenciesevery time before and after the device is used.
Open the handle under the mesh filter.
Turn on the water pumps power source to pump raw water into the filter.
Drain inner dirt from the handle under the mesh filter.
Close the handle under the mesh filter after draining.
Turn off the water pumps power source.
Back wash( Tank made of FRP)
Maintenance frequenciesevery time before and after the device is used
Clean after cleaning the inner mesh filter.
Turn the lever on the top of FRP tank from FILTER to BACK WASH.
Connect fluorescent orange pump connector pipe with the hose for back wash.
Turn on the water pumps power source to pump water into the tank.
Dirt inside FRP tank will start to flow out of the hose for back wash. If the condition is bad, do back wash not only before
and after but also regularly. Turn off the main power while doing this.

Open the housing case of 20 inch BB filter with open-end wrench.
Take out the dirty filter and wash it by using clear water.
After cleaning, install the filter on the housing case properly, otherwise it can lead to water leakage.
When starting to purify water, the housing case of 20inch BB preprocessing filter should have air and no water.
Therefore turn on the water pumps power source and start to supply water. Fill pretreatment filter with water by
pushing the button to let out the air from inside of the filter.
Bad dirtChange a new filter

Open the housing case of 20 inch BB filter with open-end wrench.

Take out the old filter and install a new filter on the housing case properly, otherwise it can lead to water leakage

Reverse osmosis membrane

Caution: Regular maintenance will prevent damage and enable you to use the device for a longer time. If raw water is
bad quality, you should increase amount of filtration times.

Contact the company to change reverse osmosis membrane.

Pulley Belt
Change pulley belt after plugging the device.
Take the frame cover and the old pulley belt. Change new pulley belt and install the frame cover.
