General Concept: Veterans retreat for those suffering from Post Traumatic Brain Syndrome (PTSD),
Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and other physical & psychological ailments.
Patriotic small businesses, groups and individuals have an opportunity to make donations to help
fund the first of 3 phases to build the Veterans Media Network (VMN) Media Center at Athens
Ranch.
As the real estate transaction is now completed, the $5.5 million valued property will be occupied by
principle care-takers and operators of the ranch. Numerous volunteers mostly comprised of
veterans will immediately begin assembling an operations and facilities maintenance team.
Veterans Media Network, in cooperation with Guerilla Media Network is tasked with one of the most
important projects for the ranch, as it will immediately promote public awareness and generate
additional donations for operating funds as well as material & equipment donations. The public
relations campaign must begin immediately to produce high quality and professional multi-media
presentations. (audio, video, website, and social media)
Location: Athens, Texas
What: What is the Veterans Retreat in Athens, Texas? It will become the premier retreat exclusively
available to veterans from all branches of the U.S. Military who are suffering from service connected
disabilities; PTSD, and especially for those veterans not receiving adequate and timely care from the
V.A.
Veterans can come to the ranch to get some needed rest & relaxation, seek counseling, tell their
stories privately or publicly on video/audio, or simply connect & make friends with other veterans.
If they wish to retreat for peace & quite, or to seek assistance for any of their medical or emotional
needs, the Camp will be made available to them free of charge.

VMN has secured the rights to build, develop and maintain the Veterans Media Center which will
include the following amenities and resources:
1) Internet radio broadcasting: VMN will build a full audio broadcasting studio for live and pre-
recorded multi-media internet radio shows.

2) Full music & audio production suite: The multi media presentations will require audio
production capabilities for incorporating commercial and private sponsorship advertisements,
public service announcements and special audio segments. Music production capabilities will
eliminate unnecessary costs by producing royalty free music and audio.
3) Video production suite: The media center will be developed to produce professional quality
video, graphics and real-time video streaming. The video system will be comprised of still cameras,
studio cameras, video switching software, video editing software, video graphics library, studio
lighting, and green screen studio configurations.
4) Media Center Servers, back-ups and storage: The media center will have a central Mac server,
workstations, video switching consoles, editing stations, RAID real time backups, and a robust
storage library.
We are currently seeking donations to purchase the necessary equipment, services and software to
build and operate the media center. Your donations are not only appreciated, but they are
absolutely critical to making this project a reality. Just think, Americans give trillions of dollars to
the federal government to support our troops on the battlefield, but when our troops come home,
they are just about forgotten. Your donation tells out Veterans that we Americans take care of out
own, and it will also show your appreciation for their sacrifice to our country.
