disappointing city visit, and realizes that he didnt know enough about cities to build one.
Comes up with 14 candidates to hire. Goes to a dinner with said candidates, asks
everyone for opinion about his city building project, all comments were negative and
everyone said that it was something impossible to do. This video shows the magnitude of
what Rouse wanted to create.
