JOINT: Cut the provided butyl strip to be sure that it wraps

around the entire joint and the ends meet. Begin wrapping
rubber tape on the outer half and work towards the leaking joint
by stretching the tape to its maximum tension. Use entire roll of
pressure tape and continue to wrap until the leak has stopped.
CRACK: Use only the Rubber tape and be sure that the butyl
patch, which has been pre-mounted to the rubber tape, goes
directly over the leaking area. Begin wrapping tape by
stretching to its maximum tension DIRECTLY over the repair area
until it has stopped. DO NOT CHASE THE LEAK as each wrap
provides additional pressure over the leak.

Squeeze and mold SynthoGlass in the direction of

wrap, removing excess
water and spreading resin
until tacky to touch (approx.
3 min.). Wait 30 min. at 75F
before returning to normal
operating pressure.
PRECAUTIONS:
The resin used in Syntho-Glass will
adhere to skin and clothing and may
cause skin irritation. Protective gloves
should be worn while handling. Care
should be exercised to avoid contact
with unprotected areas of skin and eyes.
Swabbing lightly with alcohol or acetone
will help in removing resin from skin
(prior to set). Flush eyes with water 15
minutes and then contact physician.

Store in a cool, shaded area.
