THE CREATION OF THE GLOBAL TRADE ORGANIZATION (GTO)

ARTICLES OF AGREEMENT
The Government on whose behalf the present Agreement is signed agrees as
follows:

EXPLANATORY ARTICLE:
The creation of the Global Trade Organization (GTO) is to solve the Trade Problems
of All Nations with present restriction, limitations, inequality, under multilateral and
bilateral trade agreement/s which inevitably affect all nation member economy
particularly the poor nations becomes poorer and rich nations becomes richer,
Single Market Global Economy with free movement of goods and services and
investments through the world. No need of endorsement or financial requirement to
become a member of GTO, the creation of GTO will release the people of the world
from economic slavery and manipulation of corporate world that ruled the globe

INTRODUCTORY ARTICLE
The Global Trade Organization (GTO) is established in compliance to the Creation of
Universal Fund Organization (UFO) Articles of Agreement I, Section 1, No. 7 official
created under the LOI No. 777-14 dated September 16, 2014 and being part of the
CGRUP-TRUST created under LOI no. 780-15 issued by King Anthony Santiago
Martin-Windsor and shall operate in accordance with following provisions:

ARTICLE I
Purposes
Section1. To All Nations

The purposes of the GTO are the following:

A. TO MAKE TRADING OF NATIONAL PRODUCTS VERY SIMPLE, ACCESSABLE
AND ON THE STANDARD FIXED FLEXIBLE FORMULA (FFF) OF INCOME
SELLING AND BUYING PRICE OF 10%-10%-10% MARK-UP SCHEME
B. TARIFF FREE OF ALL NATIONAL PRODUCTS
C. TO SERVE BUYERS/SELLERS TO ALL NATIONAL PRODUCTS TO BE
PRODUCED BY INDIVIDUAL PROJECT PROPONENT/NGO/ NATION/S
D. TO ASSURE SMALL INDIVIDUALS FARMERS, FISHERMEN, LIVESTOCK
GROWERS, MANUFACTURERS, PRODUCERS PARTICULARLY THE POOR
HAVE READY CAPTURED BUYER AND WILL RECEIVE INCOME
SELLING/BUYING PRICE IN THEIR INDIVIDUALLY PRODUCED NATIONAL
PRODUCTS
E. TO PROVIDE MODERN INFRASTRUCTURE, TECHNOLOGY FOR NATIONAL
PRODUCTS PRODUCTION, PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING, PACKAGING,
STORAGE, WAREHOUSING, TRANSPORTING, MANAGEMENT, OPERATION
AND MONITORING AND OTHER RELATED TECHNOLOGY
F. TO ASSURE NO FOOD AND DRINKS SHORTAGE WILL BE INCURRED BY THE
PEOPLE OF THE WORLD

Section 2. To the Philippines

The purposes of the GTO are the following:
A).TO PROVIDE BUFFER FUND TO SUBSIDISE IN PURCHASE ALL NATIONAL
PRODUCTS PARTICULARLY THE AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS THROUGH
ESTABLISHMENT OF TRADING CENTER NATIONWIDE THAT WILL SERVE AS
BUYING CENTER/S TO SMALL/MEDIIUM/BIG PROJECT PROPONENT/S TO BE
BOUGHT USING THE FIXED FLEXIBLE FORMULA (FFF) OF (10%-10%-10%) ON

MAXIMUM TEN PERCENT (10%) MARK-UP AFTER DEDUCTING ALL COST OF

PRODUCTION INCLUDING TRANSPORTATION
B).TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO PURCHASE AND GET THE SERVICES
(TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER) OF FOREIGN NATIONAL PRODUCTS REQUIRED TO
ACCELARATE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT BASED ON FFF STANDARD PRICING
OF 10%-10%-10% SUCH AS: MODERN MACHINERIES, EQUIPMENT,INFORMATION
TECHNOLOGY (IT), FROM PRODUCTION, PROCESSING, MANUFACTURING,
PACKAGING, STORAGE/ WAREHOUSING, TRANSPORTATION, MANAGEMENT,
OPERATIONS, MONITORING TO ATTAIN THE MAXIMUM AND SUSTAINABLE
PRODUCTION OF EVERY PRODUCT/S
C.)TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO FINANCE INFRASTRUCTURE IN
ENVIRONMENTAL PROJECTS AND PURCHASE ENVIRONMENTAL FRIENDLY
NATIONAL PRODUCTS TECHNOLOGY THAT WILL HELP TO SOLVE THE GLOBAL
WARMING PROBLEMS AND/ OR CLIMATE CHANGE PROBLEMS
D).TO PROVIDE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE THROUGH LONG TERM LOAN BOND TO
THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT IN FINANCING THE INFRASTRUCTURE, NATIONAL
PRODUCTS PROJECTS PARTICULARLY THE FOREVER GREEN PROJECT
PROGRAM (FGPP) ATTACHED ENVIRONMENTAL AND DISASTERS PROJECTS THE
SUSTAINABLE PROJECTS SOLUTIONS ON THE PHILIPPINE ENVIRONMENTAL
PROBLEMS (SPSPEP) CLEARING, DREDGING, DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE

ARTICLE III
Members and Starting Capital of GTO
Section1. Membership

The GTO Members are all the Nations members and non-members of the
United Nations (UN) including Non-Government Organization (NGO) are
qualified to be a member of the GTO
Section 2: Authorized Capital
The Authorized Capital of the Global Trade Organization (GTO) will start from
Ninety Percent (90%) of Seventy Seven Trillion United States Dollars
(US$77,000,000,000,000.00) of Old Loan by 54 Nations/Borrowers under the
William V. Morales Mother Account payable to the International Banking
Commission (IBC)-TRUST payable IN-KIND National Products
Section 3: Resources of GTO
The Resources of GTO of initial Cash coming from UFO, In-kind from
payment of Old Loans from IBC-TRUST and New Loans from ASBLP-UFO
1,000 +++ Affiliated Banks and from CGRUP-TRUST
ARTICLE IV
NATIONAL PRODUCTS MAXIMUM GUARANTEED INCOME
FIXED FLEXIBLE FORMULA (FFF)
Section 1: Maximum Guaranteed Income on National Products
Maximum Guaranteed Income of Ten Percent (10%), Ten Percent (10%) and
Ten Percent (10%) after deducting total cost of Productions, including
transportation from Nation (Seller) under the Fixed Flexible Formula (FFF)
base on Nation/s location/s will be implemented in all National Products
Buying and Selling (Trading) is mandatory to be followed by All
Nations/Members of GTO
ARTICLE V
MANDATORY INSURANCE
Section1: Mandatory Insurance to All Projects/National Products
All Projects/National Products received loan/financed by the ASBLF-UFO
1,000 +++ Affiliated Banks will apply Mandatory Insurance by the Project
Proponent /s to avoid Project Proponent financial disaster.

Section 2: Insurance Premium will always be part of the Loan Assistance

to be extended to Project Proponent/s
Giving Priority to Agricultural Projects/National Products and perishable
products, No Projects will be implemented without Insurance, one of the global
organization of CGRUP-TRUST will insured all Projects/National Products

ARTICLE VI
Managing Partners and Reserve
Section 1: Managing Partner/s
GTO serve as the Managing Partners of All Nations in Trading (Selling and
Buying of Individual National Products) to assure all National Products
produced will be sold/bought under the Fixed Flexible Formula (FFF) in
income price scheme and be bought/sold on guaranteed Standard Price of
10%-10%-10% to avoid spoilage, hoarding, artificial shortage and overpricing
to end-users
National Products must be first satisfied the domestic consumption and
Minimum Reserve of Twenty Five (25%) of National Products before it will
allow to sell to GTO
ARTICLE VII
General Provisions Relating to Receivers and Liquidation of National
Products as Payment In-kind of Loan/Debt
Section 1: Usage and Objectives
(a)The resources of Global Trade Organization (GTO) with support and in
coordination of ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++Affiliated Banks, Global Environmental
Organization (GEO) Projects, Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System
(GFNRS) and other organization members of CGRUP-TRUST will be used for
100% assurance that all the Payment In-kind of National Products will be used
on Cycle Projects Sustainability starting in the production, processing,
manufacturing, packaging, warehousing, transporting of National Products
that will create millions to billions of sustainable permanent job worldwide
(b)To immediately suspend Nation/s Borrowers that find in violation of Fixed
Flexible Formula (FFF) on the Mark-up Scheme of 10%-10%-10% and the
minimum 25% Reserve of National Products such as: Over-Price, Smuggling,
Hoarding and other related illegalities in the Selling and Buying (Trading) of
National Products, internal audit will be conducted within Thirty (30) days, and
final findings will be sent to GTO Board of Trustees, UFO Board of Trustees

(c) Priority to be purchased are National Products produced coming from

payment of Old Loan by 54 Nations/Borrowers payable to International
Banking Commission(IBC) TRUST and projects to be implemented by Global

Environmental Organization (GEO) to be financed through ASBLP-UFO

1,000+++ Affiliated Banks worldwide with project/s name; Forever Green
Project Program (FGPP) to assure the food security of the people of the whole
and attached projects; Sustainable Projects Solution to Nation Environmental
Problems (SPSNEP) through clearing, cleaning, dredging, developing and
maintaining of all water bodies of every nation/s , mass production of
Renewable Energy such as Bio-fuel Ethanol, Solar Power and Wind Power
and Worldwide Economic Environmental Social Spiritual (WEESS) Projects
(d) With the following project/s objectives; 1st To help to uplift the living
conditions of the people of the world particularly the poor 2nd To protect the
Mother Earth from total Environmental destruction and 3rd To Return Back the
faith of the people in One God
Section 2: Limitations of Buying of GTO on National Products of
Members
Limitation of buying of GTO on individual National Products will be based on
yearly consumption and reserve globally particularly on the perishable
National Products, quarterly, yearly Products Buying will be provided three (3)
moths before the 1st day of the new year
Section 3: Debt Loan of 54 Nations to TRUST
Matured and Demandable Loan/Debt of 54 Nations/Borrowers from William
V. Morales Mother Account payable to International Banking Commission
(IBC)-TRUST and Nation/NGO Project Proponent who will received loan from
the newly created UFO 1,000++ Affiliated Banks will be recognized, accepted
by GTO as payment in-kind of National Products.
National Products produced from Illegally released Funds from the World War
I and II Reparation Fund the Uncut US Dollars is NOT Accepted in payment
of Loan/Debt .
Section 4: Dealing between Nation/Member and the GTO
GTO shall deal with Nation/s through Nation/s Trade Representative Office
(NTRO):
(a)That will handle international policy formulation and
negotiations, while
maintaining effective coordination with domestic other branches of
government
(b) NTRO will consolidate all the agencies, committees, and bodies currently
engaged in trade and investment policy formulation and
negotiations into
one comprehensive institution

Section 5: Actual Origin of National Products paid by Members/Nations:

(a)The GTO will verify All National Products paid In-Kind were really coming
from that particularly country/nation
(b)The GTO shall verify if National Products paid is National Products of
particularly country/nation that received the Loan that the proceeds of the
loan were used only for the purposes for which the loan was granted, with
attention to consideration of economy and efficiency and with-out regard to
political or other non-economic influences or considerations
(c) GTO will only recognize Nation origin of the of the National Products the
Issuer of Spiritual Humanitarian Environmental (S/HE) Bond issued by
particular country/nation
Section 6: Terms and Conditions of the Loan payable by Spiritual
Humanitarian Environmental (S/HE) Bond:
Amount of Loan per S/HE Bond: Country Currency equivalent to PH$_
Repayment Period
: 20 years
Interest per annum
: 2.5% per annum
Moratorium
: 2 years
Bank Charges
: Standard Charge
Signatories of S/HE Bond are: President, Prime Minister, King/Sultan,
Central Bank Governor, Nation/s Trade Representative Office/s (NTRO) and
Non-Government Organization (NGO) President/ Chairman and Finance
Officer/s in case of paying Debt/Loan through National Products
Section 7: National Products from other Trade Agreement/s
The GTO will may allow GTO Nation/NGO Office to make, participate in other
Trading Organization, or trading of National Products if Member/s Nation/s
Trade Organization will follow and adapt the GTO Articles of Agreement
ARTICLE VIII
Operation
Section 1: Operation
The GTO Operation will be managed by the CGRUP-TRUST Holder Owner
of, IBC/ASBLP-UFO and Appointed Corporate Representative/s
Section 2: In-kind National Products and Services, Visa Free
(a) Services and Visa Free
All qualified persons, expert, professionals, skilled labor and talent will be
given Visa Free in all GTO Nation members

(b)What are the In-Kind National Products

The In-kind National Products are all product/s produced or manufactured by
the individual Nation/s including National Products requirement for the
establishment of Global Cyber Education and in cooperation of NonGovernment Organization (NGO) Products under the Intellectual Property
Rights on trademarks and patent
Section 3: Acceptable National Products as Payment
The GTO will accept and recognize the form of payment entered by the
TRUST/International Banking Commission (IBC), ASBLP-UFO, Affiliated
Banks, CGRUP-TRUST Member Organizations,
Global Environmental
Organization (GEO) and other Global Agencies to be created
a)The Loan can be payable maximum Ninety Percent (90%) In-kind National
Products to be computed equivalent to the amount of loan amount payable by
the Borrower/Countries/Nations under Fixed Flexible Formula (FFF) Sell, Sell,
Sell (SSS) Scheme of 10%-10%-10% Maximum Mark-up of Ten Percent
(10%) after all Costing of National Products waiving all tariff, National
Products must first satisfied the domestic consumption and 25% reserve
before it will allow to sell to GTO
b) Nation/s without loan can sell to GTO provided satisfied first the domestic
consumption and 25% reserve base and will bought/sell on Fixed Flexible
Formula (FFF) of 10%-10%-10% mark-up scheme
(c) Calamities, events beyond control and war are reasons for moratorium of
payment of Loan/s principal and interest or loan restructuring to be given to
borrowers
Section 4: Method of Meetings Liabilities of the Nation/NGO Borrowers
in case of Defaults.
In case of default on loans made, participated in, or guaranteed by the
Nation/NGO (Project Proponent):
a.)Nation/s: Nation Trade Representative Office (NTRO) shall make such
arrangement as may be feasible to adjust the obligations under the loans,
including optional arrangement of restructuring the loan
b.)The Nation/NGO Trade Representative Office shall make such
arrangement as may be feasible to adjust the obligations under the loans,
including optional arrangement of restructuring or to become a Managing

Partner/s or sell partial/all ownership of the Company (Project Proponent)

implementing production, processing and manufacturing of the Nation/s

Priority Location/s of GTO
Section 1: Priority to establish the FREE TRADE under GTO
In support with ASEAN Integration in the ASEAN Free Trade Area (AFTA),
South East Asian Nations composing of 10 Nations; 1.) Philippines 2.)
Thailand 3.) Singapore 4.) Indonesia 5.) Malaysia, 6.) Cambodia 7.)Vietnam
8.) Myanmar 9.) Brunei 10.) Laos the pilot and start the establishment of GTO
Section 2: Funds Requirement in ASEAN Integration
Estimated Maximum amount of Eight Trillion United States Dollars
(US$8,000,000,000,000.00) is needed for 15 years development to finance
the Infrastructure in the 10 ASEAN nations to attain the goal of economic
prosperity and peace it will be financed by GTO through ASBLP-UFO
1,000+++ Affiliated Banks worldwide and the CGRUP-TRUST member
organizations
Section 3: Financing the infrastructure of the FREE TRADE under the Global
Trade Organization (GTO) will start in the Host Nation Philippines to
immediately be followed to other trade organization ASEAN members
particularly the poor Nations/Countries
ARTICLE X
Organizational Management
Section 1: The Structure of GTO
The International Banking Commission(IBC) CGRUP-TRUST/ASBLP-UFO
and Corporate Representative/s will manage and operate in cooperating and
adapting the charter, duties and responsibilities of the Universal Fund
Organization (UFO), ASBLP-UFO 1,000+++ Affiliated Banks, Global Financial
Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS), Global Environmental Organization
(GEO) (to be created) member organization of CGRUP-TRUST, adapting
portion/partial other Global Trade Agreements entered individually by the
Nation Trade Representative Office (NTRO) as a ministerial references in
private corporate capacity wider to be expanded global in scope

Section 2: National Products Trade Statistic

GTO shall develop an effective system for individual Nation/s with the
coordination of individual NTRO to monitor present production/output of

Section 3: Investment to Nation/s

GTO shall develop an effective system for individual Nation/s with the
coordination of individual NTRO to know in advance the sector/s need
Infrastructure Investment through establishment of an effective infrastructure
investment database to be used as reference in providing Loan Assistance to
the National Government for the development of the needed infrastructure for
smooth and faster production, movement of National Products and Services
Section 4: Land Ownership
Investment in particularly Nation/s Member of GTO need not to change the
ownership condition particularly on land ownership, utilization and
development of natural resources it must be retained to the Nation/s Members
of GTO, Investment Fund to be used in the development of National Products
will be through Loan/Debt by Nation Member of GTO payable in S/HE Bond
on Cash (minimum 10%) and In-kind National Products (maximum 90%)
ARTICLE XI
Withdrawal and Suspension of Memberships from GTO
Section1: Right of Members to Withdraw
Only the Nation/NGO Representative/s will be suspended, deleted, the GTO
Membership will continue to its normal trading operation. Members cannot
withdraw as member/s from GTO unless all financial obligations has been
paid by the Members Nation/NGO in Cash, Equity Ownership or In-kind
Nation Member/s of GTO after fully paid may any time Withdraw by
transmitting a notice in writing to the GTO and UFO at its principal office/s.
Withdrawal shall become effective on the date such noticed is received
Section 2: Take-over of Ownership to GTO
(a) If a Project Proponent/s used the Loan Proceeds to activities related to
war, logistic arsenal, firearms, illegal drugs and other illegal activities

(b) If a member (Project Proponent/NGO) fails to fulfill any of its obligations to

GTO and UFO, without valid legal reason/s, GTO will Take-over as Owner/s
and suspend or permanently terminated its former (Project Proponent)
Owner/s membership as the case may be. The suspended Project Proponent
Stockholder/s/Owners/s shall automatically cease to be a member One (1)
year from the date of its suspension unless decision is taken by the GTO and
UFO Board of Trustees to restore the members to good standing. While
under suspension a Owners/Stockholders/Project Proponent shall not be
entitled to exercise any rights under this agreement except the right to
withdraw, but remain subject to obligation

Section 3: Settlement of Accounts with Project Proponent /Owners to

GTO to be a Member:
(a)When Project Proponent/ members of GTO ceases to be a member, it
shall remain liable for its direct obligation to the GTO and for its contingent
liabilities to the UFO as long as any part of the loans and guarantees
conducted before it cease to be a member are outstanding
(b) When Project Proponent Members of GTO ceases, the GTO will
foreclosed and take possession and continue the operation of the
Company/NGO, the GTO Project Proponent members have the option to
repurchase priority for one(1) year
(c) Partial settlement of account/s is acceptable after the final evaluation of
the GTO and Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory System (GFNRS) Board of
Trustees for restructuring the scheme
(d) Failure of one (1) or more Project Proponent/s Members of GTO Members
is not 100% ground for termination of all Project Proponent for being a
member
(e) Cash and In-kind (National Products) is acceptable for Settlement of
payment of Obligations of Project Proponent to GTO
ARTICLE XII
Status, Immunities and Privileges
Section 1: Purpose of the Article

To enable the GTO to full the functions with which it is entrusted, the status,
immunities and privileges set forth in this Article shall be accorded to the GTO
in the territories of each ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks member/country/nation
Section 2: Status of GTO
The GTO shall poses full juridical personality as Private or a QuasiOrganization (like the Universal Fund Organization (UFO) through Letter of
Instruction (LOI) from King Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor, and in
particular, the capacity
(i)
to contract
(ii) to acquire and dispose of immovable and movable property;
(iii) to institute legal proceedings

Section 3: Position of the GTO with Regards to Judicial Process

Actions may be brought against GTO only in a Supreme Court of competent
jurisdiction in the territories of a member/country in which the GTO has an
office, has appointed an agent for the purpose of accepting service or notice
of process, or has issued or guaranteed securities, No action shall, however,
be brought by members or person acting for or deriving claims from members.
The property and assets of the GTO shall, wherever located and by whoever
held, be immune from all forms of seizure, attachment or execution before the
delivery of the final judgment against the GTO
Section 4: Immunity of Assets from Seizure
Property and assets of the GTO, wherever located and by whoever held, shall
be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation or any other
form of seizure by executive or legislative action
Section 5: Immunity of Archives
The archives of the GTO shall be inviolable
Section 6: Freedom of Assets from Restrictions
To the extended necessary to carry out the question provided for in this
Agreement and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, all property and
assets of the GTO shall be free from restriction, regulations, controls and
moratoria of any nature

Section 7: Privilege for Communication

The official communications of the GTO shall be accorded by each member
the same treatment that it accord to the official communications of the other
members/countries
Section 8: Immunities and Privileges of officers and Employees
All governor, executive directors, alternates, officers and employees of the
GTO shall be immune from legal process with respect to act performed by
them in their official capacity except when GTO waives this immunity
(i)
Not being local nationals, shall be accorded the same immunities
from immigration restrictions, alien, registration requirements and
national service obligations and the same facilities as regards
exchange restrictions as are accorded by members to the
representatives, officials and employees of comparable rank of the
other members
(ii) Shall be granted the same treatment in respect of traveling facilities
as in accorded by members to representatives, officials and
employees of comparable rank of other members

Section 9: Immunity from Taxation

(a) The GTO, its assets, property, income and its operations and
transactions authorized by this Agreement, shall be immune from all
taxation and from all custom duties. The GTO shall also immune from
liability for the collection or payment of any tax/duty
(b) No tax shall be levied on or in respect of salaries and emoluments paid
by the GTO or executive directors, alternates, officials or employees of
the GTO who are not local citizens, local subjects, or other local
nationals
(c) No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligations or security
issued by the GTO by whoever held.
(i)
Which discriminate against such obligations or security
solely because it is issued by the GTO; or
(ii) If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the place or
currency in which it is issued, made payable or paid or the
location of any office or place of business maintained by the
GTO

(iii)
(iv)

No taxation of any kind shall be levied on any obligation or

security guaranteed by the GTO by whoever held
Which discriminates against such obligation or security solely
because it is guaranteed by the GTO; or
If the sole jurisdictional basis for such taxation is the location of
any office or place of business maintained by the GTO

Section 10: Application of Article

All nations/countries were the ASBLP-UFO Affiliated Banks are located and
interested to have Free Tariff of All National Products under the Fixed Flexible
Formula (FFF) SSS- Maximum Mark-up of 10%-10%-10% and to have stable,
simple trading of All National Products and can avail funding for infrastructure,
production, processing, manufacturing, packaging, storage, warehousing,
transportation, operation and operation production of National Products of
their country/nation shall take such action as it is necessary in its own
territories/countries for the purpose of making effective terms of its own law
the principles set forth in this Article and shall inform the GTO/ASBLP-UFO
1,000+++ Affiliated Banks of the detailed action which it has taken

ARTICLE XIII
Amendments
(a) Any proposal to introduce modifications in this Agreement, whether
emanating from NTRO members/countries, GTO, UFO, GFNRS, officials,
employees shall be communicated to the office of GTO Board of Trustees
(b) Notwithstanding (a) above, acceptance by the GTO Board of Trustees
mentioned is required in the case of any amendments modifying
(c) Amendments shall enter into force for all members three (3) months after
the date of formal communication unless a shorter period is specified in the
circular letter/GTO official letter
ARTICLE XIV
Interpretation
(a) Any question of interpretation of the provisions of this Agreement arising
between any NTRO Nation members GTO or between any NTRO members
of the GTO shall be submitted to GTO Board of Trustees for their decision

(b) In-any-case where the President have given a decision under (a) above,
any member may require that the question be referred to the GTO Board of
Trustees, whos decision is final.
(c) Whenever a disagreement arises between the GTO and a NTRO/S
country/nation/member which has ceased to be a member, or between the
GTO and any members during the permanent suspension of the NTRO, such
disagreement shall be submitted to arbitration by the tribunal of Five (5)
arbitrators, one appointed by the GTO, another by the country/member where
the GTO located and an umpire who, unless the parties otherwise agree, shall
be appointed by the President of the Global Financial Nucleus Regulatory
System (GFNRS), and Universal Fund Organization (UFO), and Global
Environmental Organization (GEO) or such other authority as may have been
prescribed by regulation adapted by the GTO. The umpire shall have full
power to settle all questions of procedure
ARTICLE XV
Approval Deemed Given
Whenever the approval of ASBLP-UFO Bank Authorized Signatory King
Anthony Santiago Martin-Windsor through Letter of Instruction (LOI) for the
official creation of Global Trade Organization (GTO) to serve as the Trade
Center of the Globe in All National Products under Fixed Flexible Formula
(FFF) of Sell-Sell-Sell-(SSS) Maximum Mark-up of 10%-10%-10% worldwide
is required before any act may be done

ARTICLE XVI
Life of the Global Trade Organization (GTO)
The Life of the Global Trade Organization (GTO) is for minimum of One
Hundred (100) Years and future life of operation will based on the Life of the
ASBLP-UFO (Universal Fund Organization) to implement the mandated task
embodied on the Articles of Global Trade Organization (GTO), Seven (7)
years before the expiration of the 100 years life period of GTO, GTO
Authorized Officer/s will inform the Host Nation Government where the GTO
located their position to continue for another 100 years or terminate the
operation of GTO
ARTICLE XVII
Host Nation Government Limitation on Global Trade Organization (GTO)
Host Nation Government participation in Operation and Management of the
Global Trade Organization (GTO) is limited to domestic/local issues and

territorial jurisdiction, outside the Host Nation territorial jurisdiction is

discretionary decision of the GTO to have the services and the support of the
Host Nation Government resources
ARTICLE XVIII
Final Provision
Section 1: Entry into Force:
This Agreement shall enter into force when King Anthony Santiago MartinWindsor Authorized Signatory of ASBLP-UFO issued Letter of Instruction
(LOI) in the creation of the Global Trade Organization (GTO) to serve as the
Trading Center of All Nations National Products worldwide
Section 2: Location of Head Office of GTO
Since the Head Office of the ASBLP-UFO (Universal Fund Organization) is in
the Philippines, the Head Office of the Global Trade Organization (GTO) will
be located also in the Philippines to serve as the Trade Center of the World for
All Nations National Products worldwide and make this nation not only the
Light of Asia but the Light of the whole world
Section 3: Information
The GTO and ASBLP-UFO will inform all concerned globally through Social
Media Internet at the International and Domestic Notice in the
Inangpilpinas.35 media facebook and www Universal Fund Organization in the
