MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This agreement made me and entered into this November 28, 2014 by and between --The CAVITE STATE UNIVERSITY (CvSU), Cavite City Campus with principal
address at Pulo Dalahican, Cavite City, represented by its Campus Dean, JULIO G. ALAVA
Ph. D and hereinafter referred to as the First Party.
AND
The Sunrise Mansion Hotel with principal address at Alfonso, Cavite represented
herein by Operations Manager, Ms. Maribel Barona, and herein referred to as the Second
Party.
-WITNESSETHWHEREAS, it is the commitment of the University to provide quality education to its
students so that they will become highly capable and productive individuals in their respective
fields of specialization,
WHEREAS, one effective way to realize the commitment is to make the students
undertake worthwhile learning experiences through the development of manipulative skills,
competencies and attitudes towards work;
WHEREAS, in pursuance of this responsibility, the University has adopted On-the-Job
Training Program for students which shall be conducted in Alfonso, Cavite.
Now, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premise and the forms and
condition hereinafter, set forth, the parties hereby agree and stipulate the following:
1. The parties shall mutually agree for the training of the student-trainee JANICA E.
ANDALIS, RAMON H. BORRAS IV, ANNJELICA MAE I. CAIRO,
CLARISSA ANN V. CAVA, MARK ELVIN S. CHAVEZ, RODAN O.
CONTEMPRATO, MARY JOYCE S. DEL MUNDO, JOYCE ANN T. DELA
CRUZ, JENNIE ROSE B. INOCENTES, RONA G. PUENTEBAJA,
JOANNE V. MONTOYA, MANILYN C. DIMAS, DANICA ANGELINE N.
MENDOZA, REMIE JOYCE S. PALAYLAY, PAULO TORIO, ERIKA
LOIS M. HILARIO, REMIE JOY S. PALAYLAY, ALOISSA PAULINE B.
BROAS concerned for a total of 360 hours per student during regular working
days.
2. The inclusive training period shall be from November 2014 to March 2015.

3. The Hotel shall not be held liable to the student-trainees for any fortuitous events /
consequences that may arise during the course of their training when such event
happened outside their official time of work.
4. The Hotel shall closely supervise the trainees in undertaking their approved plan
of work activities.
5. The coordinator shall visit the trainee at least twice a month for the whole
duration of the training.
6. The student-trainee shall be obliged by the policies, rules, and regulations and the
like of the Hotel.
This agreement takes effect immediately upon approval of the parties concerned and
should continue to be in effect until amended / repealed by mutual written consent of the parties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereunto signed this agreement, this 28 th of
November, 2014.
