Technical Leadership: Defined product portfolio for 3G/LTE/IMS. Reduced HW product 1st article production from

Network. Authored Professional Services Statements of Work. Teamed and collaborated with pre-sales, account
management, product development, delivery management, delivery engineers, procurement and customer
support developing the project plans: resources, work tasks and feature deliverables required to fulfill and deliver
the project Statements of Work.
Planned and managed design, delivery, ATP and Tier III support of LTE DRA systems for Tier I wireless carriers in
the Americas. Project Managed two partners and six engineers in the delivery and support of LTE/EPC DRA ADC

level solutions enabling Mobility, Location, Payment, Switching and Messaging services within IP Multimedia, IP,
Wireless IP and Wire line networks.
Reported to the Director and Sr. V.P. of Engineering. Managed software and hardware product development
teams locally and in multiple inter- and intra- country geographic locations.
Aligned business product direction with the burgeoning broadband communications market:
o Defined and designed product portfolio for 3G/LTE/IMS networks collaborating with Sales, Marketing
and Product Management to capitalize on new business valued at $50,000,000 per year:
Diameter/SIP/GTP Application Delivery Controller (ADC), IMS DRA, 3G Security Gateway and SLF.
Result: Developed Diameter ADC in 2010 to stake IMS market position.
o Produced an enterprise scale Linux SOA/Apache/Tomcat/Oracle/JAVA/XML/HTTP/PHP secure 3GPP
Mobile e-commerce authentication and authorization server in partnership with Gemalto
Supported $5,000,000 in sales with delivery of major customer desired features/capabilities for the STP
product and by streamlining the enterprise order fulfillment process.
Company implemented recommendation to accelerate internal product development of STP/Signaling
Gateway product per technical M&A due diligence findings for potential licensing of competitors
