RJM series
RJM series fully automatic rotary blowing machine with the most developed
PET blowing technology, which use HP compressed air with process of heating
, stretching, blowing from preforms to bottle technology. The proper preforms
is required . RJM series fully automatic rotary blowing machine can be used for
bottle blowing independently or finish bottles blowing before filling line, can also
finish bottles blowing on Tech-Long BFC Monoblock.

CPXX automatic rotary blowing machine is the high speed rotary blowing
machine that developed by TECH-LONG with the international most deoeloped
PET Blowing technology, which use HP compressed air to blow the PET preform
to bottle. CPXX series rotary blow molding machine can be used independently
for bottle blowing or before filling line, can also integrate with Tech-Long BFC

Water & CSD Filling Machines
New design has removed liquid spring for traditional CSD filling valve; during
CSD filling process, blow CO2 to empty bottle once valve opener started, after
reaching equal pressure, valve opener open again to start fill product. When filling
level is reached setting point, valve closer will close filling , then conduct exhaust
and release pressure.
During water filling process, the filling valve has the same action with CSD filling.
As there is no liquid spring, it is unnecessary to set up pressure inside filling bowl.
the filling valve can be closed by only mechanical device. Thus, it is all right to
use general water bottle for water filling, Its possible to reduce bottle weight to
saving packaging cost.

Tech-Long 5 Gallon Filling Monobloc adopting the latest hygienic design ,
optimized rising and filling process, easy operation. The complete production line
including empty bottles conveyer, internal bottle washer, De-capper, leak tester,
external bottle washer, rinser/filler/capper monobloc , cap feeder with dedusting
device, lamp inspection, shrink sleever , bagging machine and product water

The fully automatic intelligent production and strict control for the whole

It uses LED light source and panel made of Mitsubishi high diaphanous and

space, no stroboscopic, stable color-temperature, makes the screen more bright
and soft; low heat .

labelling: cold glue labeler, stick labeler, hot melt glue labeler and combined

The Hot Melt Roll Feed Labelling Machine is developed by

Structure
Working principle: The Line Control
sensors on the infeed & Discharge
conveyor automatically control the
labeler Speed (low, middle, high and
stop). Bottles are fed into labeler by a
timing screw, and the sensor detects
the presence of the bottle, the labels
will released through the tension unit
and anti-deviation machine to label
cutting device, where the label are cut
into set length. The cut labels will be
sent to vacuum drum and gluing unit
will glue hot melt labels on bottles on
rotary carousel. The labeling process is
finished when bottle with label is brushed
smoothly by brush machine.
