PodioBooks-- The term podiobook was coined by Evo Terra to describe serialized audiobooks which
are distributed via RSS, much like a podcast. Listeners to Podiobooks.com can choose to receive the
episodes of their books via an RSS feed or by listening to episodes by directly downloading episodes
from this site. Some listeners keep the audio files on their computers, some transfer the book to CD, but
most transfer the file on to their MP3 player so they can listen no matter where they are.

LIBRARY CONSORTIA
What is Library Consortia?

It is cooperation among the libraries especially now it is being used for collective
bargaining for purchase of information resources by which thei buying power
increases. In turn, they are able to procure more documents / journals with the
same financial resources. They are able to provide access to increased number of
journals.

INDEST (Indian National Digital Library in Science and Technology) Engineering

colleges are subscribing e-journals through INDEST at discounted rates ranging
between 20 80%.

CSIR consortia It is able to provide access to all the journals purchased by the CSIR
labs in electronic form.
