1. Introduction

The purpose of this document is to know how the ESMA E-service, is used
electronically. And to pursue the business in the UAE market, complying
international ISO standards proposed by the government.
ESMA E-service will make things work very simple to get things done in easy
and more accurate way. The below document will emphasis the ESMA eservices can be used.

business in the market. The below page is the process for the payment for the end users.

After click here to pay in the above page, the following page will appear for the end user to proceed
with payment gateway either with E-dirham or by Credit Card

The final step in the pay your application process is selecting the application which the user is willing to
proceed and confirming hereby with the amount specified. And thus the application can be paid and
certificate will be availed from ESMA eservices

application and Renew application (electrical products, cigarettes product evaluation, cigarettes label
evaluation, Moassel product evaluation, Moassel label evaluation, organic food products, energy drink,
plastic products, diesel, lubricant oil, retreaded tire, LPG cylinders, children toys, detergents and
perfume)

The registered user will choose any byproducts which will be introduced in the market through Entities
and fill up all the details which is showing in the page and get valid approval and certificate from ESMA
E-services.
