Narrative

Investigation into a hit and run property damage accident that


occured in the AAK Middle School parking lot revealed the
defendant backed into another vehicle then left the scene and
did not report the accident. Patrol located the suspect vehicle
in the school parking lot with damage corresponding to that
which was noted on the victim's vehicle.

wishes
the owner of the vehicle notified that it needs to be removed or it will be towed. Contact with the vehicle
owner was attempted unsuccessfully. Complainant advised no contact has been made.

to be a criminal mischief, likely due to the severity of the cold weather.
