2. COMMENT

Pupils shown great improvement this time around compare to previous semester. This
maybe because they are more confident to speak in group among their friends. Topics that
are related to young teenagers seem to arouse their attention and they are able to speak
fluently than other topics. Overall, it can be conclude that with appropriate topics
students can give good idea and response accordingly.
3. SUGGESTION

Teacher needs to give topics that are relevant to students to help them respond better.
Topics that are beyond their knowledge or uninteresting may drag away their interest to
speak.

2. COMMENT

Some students seem uncomfortable and embarrassed to talk in groups. Students also need
some time to discuss among the group before they can start a conversation. However,
some of them can give good idea and be the leader of the group discussion. They are the
ones who lead the discussion.
3. SUGGESTION

Pupils should read more English books and also try to watch as many English programs
as they can in order to get use of the language especially in terms of pronunciation.
Teacher also needs to create listening and speaking activities that are enjoyable and fun to
do.

2. COMMENT

Most have limited vocabulary and fairly command of English which made them struggle
to build simple sentence or to reply to any questions asked. Some tried to answer while
some just stare blankly. After rephrasing several times, they managed to answer questions
given.
3. SUGGESTION

Questions given should be related to their daily life or must have some kind of stimulus
in order for them to answer. Teacher needs to teach them basic vocabulary related to
oneself.
