The visit by the Ghana delegation reflects positively on the growing confidence of
‘African Countries’ in Kenya's public service and transformational agenda. South-
South Cooperation is at the heart of our foreign policy and it is therefore a great
privilege for us as a country to have an opportunity to share our best practise and
also learn from others. Africa is rising, and it is only if we support each other as a
continent that we can rise together as a continent.
I hope the Kenyan Public Service is inspired and motivated by this positive attention,
your hard work and innovation is what is making Kenya get noticed globally. I urge
you to work even harder to drive the Government's transformation agenda forward,
for our national and continental prosperity.
