Dear Mr. Christoffersen:
Education Partners Solution, Inc. has been engaged to provide erate consulting and technical evaluation of
options to provide Network and Wireless Electronics. Following newspaper advertisements, ERate 470 posting
and Request For Proposal (RFP) distribution, Presidio submitted the best solution to support KISDs network and
wireless electronics needs. This contract shall be for the purchase of Cisco enterprise wireless network equipment
including access points, centralized wireless Local Area Network (LAN) controllers, and associated licensing and
maintenance. The purpose of this contract is to upgrade the internet infrastructure to support additional capacity
and to provide higher availability, replace End Of Life switching electronics at every facility in the district as well
as to augment the current wireless infrastructure to provide total wireless coverage across all elementary

Two complete proposals were submitted by local Cisco qualified providers and integrators. Based upon the
selection criteria matrix scoring, it is the recommendation of EPS, Inc. to award this contract to Presidio for Network
and Wireless Electronics RFP.
