Job Title: Automation Test Engineer - 2 to 4 Years

Job Description:
Developing test cases, implementing test plans, executing test cases and scripts,
and tracking/documenting software and product features and flaws
Participate in the test planning and product planning processes
Create low level test cases from high level test cases with minimal guidance
Write clear and accurate bug reports
Implement the test automation effort.
Develop and execute automated tests.
Enhance and improve existing automation framework.
Build comprehensive test suites, Integrate the test suites into the test
management system and custom test harnesses. Work closely with the application
developers to build useful automation tests.
Train the manual testers and guide them in executing and contributing to
automation.
Effectively communicate automation activities and findings in oral and written
formats.

Job Specification / Skills / Experience:

Experience in Automation Framework Designing, Executing and maintaining
automated test scripts.
Good working experience and knowledge of Selenium IDE, RC, Page Objects, QTP
8.0, Load Runner, JMeter, etc are advantageous.
Scripting and automation capabilities using C#/Java is must
hands-on experience with Selenium Webdriver and Selenium Grid
Having Very good knowledge SDLC, STLC, Bug Life Cycle, QA process and AGILE
methodology.
In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC,
quality standards and test methodologies.
Experience working in an Agile development environment SCRUM is a plus

 Knowledge of SQL is a plus

Having Experience in Load Testing using VSTS, JMeter, Load Runner,etc
Experience with Selenium frameworks is preferred.
Having Experience in scripting languages like Perl, Python.
Having Experience in Software Testing, which includes Test case Authoring, Test
Execution, Defect Tracking, Bug Reporting activities and Risk Analysis.
Having Experience in Functional and Regression / Integration and Smoke testing.
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
Having Experience in using defect-tracking tools.

Job Title: Senior Test Engineer - 5 to 7 years

Job Description:
Design and develop robust automation framework.
Manage framework and test automation suite.
Verify the readiness of the automation test suite and test environment.
Perform automation test activities according to current standards and policies.
Monitor team testing activities and ensure they are completed as expected.
Enhance automation test cases as needed due to testing issues encountered.
Actively identify areas of automation and provide automation solutions to improve
the process.
Track and report software defects for review by the development team and
business analysts.
Document automation test case enhancements required for future releases.
Identify and validate software and infrastructure components required to
implement testing solution
Provide timely and concise communication of automation testing status to
appropriate personnel.
Document incidents during automation testing and resolution(s) applied using
designated repositories.

 Perform quality assurance and manual testing activities according to planned

schedules if necessary.
Evaluate outcomes, report results and document findings according to current
standards.

Experience working with/leading teams of both onshore and offshore resources
Experience in Automation Framework Designing, Executing and maintaining

Leadership and mentoring less experienced testing team members
