2009 Leadership Positions
Following is a nomination form for all elective 2009 PMAR leadership positions. All positions listed have
specific minimum qualifications. If you feel that you meet these qualifications and wish to be placed on the slate
as a candidate for one or more positions, or wish to nominate someone you feel is qualified, please complete the
following and return to the PMAR office by the filing deadline of 5:00 p.m., Friday, May 16, 2008.
Late nominations cannot be accepted.
Fill in the appropriate information for any positions for which you are nominating yourself, making sure that all
dates and other information are correct. The PMAR Elections Committee will review all information submitted
on Nomination Forms.

Qualifications*: President Elect must have served one year minimum as a Local Officer, plus one year
of OAR involvement (OAR Director, KOG Member, Standing Committee Member) during the past 5 years.
Qualifications*: Vice President must have served, during the past five years, one year minimum as a
Local or State Committee/KOG Chairman or one year minimum as a PMAR Local Director, OREF Manager, or
RMLS™ Director.
* The PMAR Elections Committee has the authority to certify a nominee that does not meet current qualification criteria for the
position sought, based upon the nominee’s tenure, experience and extensive past service to the Realtor® organization.

Local Director at large from a medium firm (21-200 Realtor® members) - 1 year term
Local Director at large from a small firm (1-20 Realtor® members) - 1 year term
Qualifications*: Minimum of one year service on a Realtor® Committee or Board during the past five
years (for example, RMLS™ Committee or Board of Directors, OREF Forms Committee or Board of Managers,
MDC Leadership Team, PMAR Committee, NAR committee OAR KOG or Board of Directors, etc).
Qualifications*: Minimum of one year Local or State Committee/KOG service during the past five
years.

position sought, based upon the nominee’s tenure, experience and extensive past service to the Realtor® organization.

The information you submit will be published in a Candidate Guide that will be disseminated to all Realtor®
Members of PMAR at no cost to you. In the event that you are running for more than one position, please
submit one Candidate Information Form per position.
