HEARTIEST CONGRATULATIONS!

I have an immense pleasure in informing you that the Second Graduation Day of our
college will be held on Sunday, the 15th February 2015 at 8:00 am in the premises of Technical
Campus. Dr. S. Natarajan, Vice-Chancellor, Gandhigram Rural Institute - Deemed University,
has kindly consented to be the Chief Guest and to deliver the Graduation Address. You are
cordially invited to attend the function and receive your Certificate of Degree. Acknowledge the
receipt of this letter immediately and send the details in the format enclosed.
Please note the following:
1. You must register yourself personally on 14.02.2015(Friday) in the registration counter in
College. You are requested to remit Rs.1000/-(Rupees one thousand only) by cash as
convocation fee and alumni fund. Accommodation will be provided for graduates from
other districts and states.
2. Graduates placed in jobs are informed to bring their present employer details such
as: Photocopy of Appointment Order, ID card, etc., without fail.
3. You will be given the necessary procedure for the function along with the Convocation robe
in order (which will be provided on rent), to receive the Degree from the Chief Guest.
However, you can receive your degree in person from the Principal after the function is
over.
4. You are permitted to attend the function with your parents. No other guests / relatives /
children friends are allowed.
5. It is needless for us to remind you of the Dress Code of our college. Please come in
formal dress in accordance with the college tradition which you are already aware of.
Use of mobile phones inside the campus is strictly prohibited. The same applies to
your parents as well.
6. Transport arrangements are made for your convenience from Perambalur to the college as
well as and at all the regular routes.
You are informed to take this as a personal invitation from the Chairman, the Management, the
Principal and Staff. We look forward of your participation in this very important function. Please let
us know about your participation along with the details requested in format attached, the furnished
