REQUIRES SPACE FOR INSTALLATION OF ATMS

Syndicate Bank proposes to install ATM in good, prominent and commercially busy locality/
Mall/ Shopping Complex etc. Offers are invited from the interested parties for leasing out their
premises for a minimum period of 20 years in GROUND FLOOR having good visibility, with all
permissions including adequate parking space etc. with a minimum area of approx 100 sft (with
frontage of 7 sft) for installation of ATMs. Building which is ready for immediate
occupation is preferred. The premises are required in following localities:

The offered premises for ATM should have easy accessibility and should be road facing.
The offers shall be submitted in separate sealed covers, one for Technical Bid and one for
Financial Bid. The formats for Financial & Technical bid will be available at our office up-to 5PM
from 26-11-2013. The offers shall reach us on or before 21/12/2013 before 3.00 pm.
The following terms and conditions should be compiled with while submitting the offer for
the proposed premises.
1. Applicant will be required to provide proof of ownership along with the application and
NOC for opening of Branch/Office/ATM
2. The premises should have clearance /permission for commercial usage as public utility.
The premises owner shall also produce Approved Plan.
3. The premises must be suitable from the security point of view and all basic amenities
such as adequate sanitary arrangements, water, electricity, natural light and ventilation
having a minimum of 25 feet frontage, and as far as possible main entry being prominently
visible.
4. The premises owner shall give an undertaking that there shall be no objection to the
effect that the Bank is free to locate a new unit/office, including ATM/V-sat in the premises
at nay time during the currency of lease with out seeking separate permission for the same.
6. The premises owner will have to execute Banks standard lease deed and bear the cost of
execution and registration of lease deed.
7. The rent quoted shall be inclusive of property/municipal taxes, however exclusive of
service tax on rent.
8. The period of lease shall be 20 years.
9. The premises owner shall provide space for generator set and Vsat.
10. The premises owner shall provide adequate power load as per Banks requirement (at
least 15KW) at his cost for Branch & ATM.
11. All other terms as mentioned in our Technical/Financial Bid format as applicable shall be
complied with.
