Introduction
Learning by Developing is a methodology for a real collaboration between teachers, students and
businesses that benefits all the participants, by bringing together all the stakeholders who can help
prepare students for the realities of the workplace.
The methodology is designed to be introduced by teachers to employers and students who then
interact together to complete real world tasks for the workplace, overseen by teachers.

Preparation
Teachers
Complete the Teacher Training Course at http://leteem-moodle.ictthatworks.org/ answering the pre
and post questionnaires.
They then read the documents:

For employers

For students

So they will understand the process fully.

Teachers decide what tasks are relevant to the subjects they teach or to the students needs and
capabilities.
