GRANT MILLER
Grant is a Vice President of Colliers International in Charlotte focusing on all aspects of industrial
real estate in North Carolina, South Carolina and Southwest Virginia. His specialties include:
seller/landlord representation, buyer/tenant representation, site selection, lease and purchase
negotiations, economic development incentive negotiations and project management.
DON MOSS
Don Moss specializes in industrial real estate, site selection, incentive negotiations and economic
development consulting. As part of a combined 25 years of site selection, economic development,
product development and brokerage experience, Don brings to Colliers International 10 years
of brokerage experience, 15 years of local economic development experience and 6 years of
development experience constructing industrial parks and buildings.
DEVEN GRIFFIN
Deven Griffin specializes in industrial real estate within the Charlotte Region. Such specialties
include: tenant representation, landlord representation, land sales, flex, and development
consultation. Additionally, Ms. Griffin has experience with site selection and incentive negotiations.
With a focus on business development, researching market conditions, and generating strategic
and innovative plans, Deven strives to assist her clients in making well informed decisions.
