ORDER
On January 21, 2015, the Supreme Court of the United States upheld the
April 26, 2013 decision of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
vacating the Boards decision and remanding the case for further proceedings.
MacLean v. Department of Homeland Security, No. 13-894, slip op. (S. Ct.
Jan. 21, 2015); MacLean v. Department of Homeland Security, 714 F.3d 1301
(Fed. Cir. 2013).

The Board hereby REMANDS this case to the Western

Regional Office for further proceedings consistent with the Courts decision.
