for glorywhat if you do not have the ideal Human Resources providing you the
correct mindset and attitudes to move forward?
Recruitment is an important and high end investment process for any organization.
There is no full proof screening that could fetch you the best of employees! A good
and safe recruitment process could seal off all leaks of vital resources in an
organization. If neglected, the investments are good as your garbage!
The Human Resources is the most important factor in every business. Their inputs
are vital in driving the business move forward and achieving the organizations
desired set goals. Recruitment plays an important role to ensure a solid foundation
for a healthy business. Employee Training, Development, Motivational Factors, Inter
Relationship, Discipline and Conduct matters very much to build a solid team for high
productivity! Hence, constant sharpening of the above tools is necessary to stay
