The NLP Master Practitioner Programme (the Programme) will take you further using
NLP skills for personal development and business applications, and open you up for
moreresourceshenceopportunitiesthatareavailabletoyou.

TheProgrammeisdesignedtoprovideNLPpractitionerswiththeconceptual,analytical,
observationalandinteractiveskillsnecessarytoachievebothconsciousandunconscious
competenceinadvancedNLP.

InadditiontoexploringavarietyofapplicationsofAdvancedNLPskills,theProgramme
emphasizes "how to think about thinking", so practitioners are able to be generative
withtheskillstheyacquire. Italsoteacheshowtofindnewpatternsanduncoverthe
basicstructureofexperiencesothatpractitionersmaydesigntheirowninterventions.

Manyexercisesaredesignedtoenablepractitionerstodiscoverforthemselvesthemost
importantandrelevantpatterns,strategiesandmodels.

Thus,theProgrammeiscenteredonfullyoperatingthefundamentalpresuppositionsof
NLPby:

(a) developingconsciouscompetenceandflexibilitywiththeessentialNLPskills,
modelsandtools;
(b) developing elegance in managing the multiple levels and multiple
perspectivesofchangeandcommunication;and
(c) Focusing on more generative change processes such as beliefs, values and
identitytocreatesolutionsinmanydifferentcontexts.

Mastery of advanced NLP skills comes from learning to operate within a

multidimensional"problemspace"embodiedbywhatisknownastheS.O.A.R.modelin
NLP. Thismodeldefineslearningandchangeintermsofasetofstatesandtransition
stateswithinasystemandtheoperationsandoperatorswhichinfluencethosestates.

Desiredresultsareobtainedbydefiningstatesandselectingthemostappropriateand
ecologicaloperationsintermsof:

Session1:Modeling(18&19January2014)

YouwilllearnthetechniquesthataretheverycoreofNLP,eg,howtomodelBehaviours,
States, Beliefs andMeta Programme clusters. The various basic NLPmodels will also
be covered. As part of the Master Practitioner programme, you will participate in a
modelingprojectandpresentitduringtheCertificationsession. Thesessionwillalso
explainthevariouselementsinpreparingthemodelingproject.

Session2a:GenerativeNLP(I)(15February2014)

SomaticSyntaxisoneofthelatestdevelopmentinNLP. Itenablesyoutoincorporate
the bodys natural movements as resources. The new concept brings a whole new
dimension toyourworkandplan. GenerativeNLPisaboutgatheringresourcesfrom
thefuture,presentandpast. Youwilllearnthisverypowerfultoolinthissession.

Session2b:SleightofMouthPatterns(16February2014)

MetaProgrammesaretendenciesdirectingourdecisions. SleightsofMouthPatterns
areanelegant(advanced)wayofchangingbeliefslinguistically. Thisknowledgecanbe
used directly in any interaction with others in your personal or business life for belief
changeandpersuasion. Thesessionwillalsocoverareviewofwhatyouhavelearntin
yourPractitionerprogramme.

Session3:GenerativeNLP(II)BeliefChange&SelfResponsibility(8&9March2014)

The session will cover the MetaOutcome Model, a very useful tool for emotion
management, the General Transformational Frames Model, for effectively helping
peopletoachievethedesiredstatebyestablishingresourcesattheappropriatelevelof
neurology. Various useful processes for belief change and establishing resources will
be practiced, eg the Self Parenting Process and the Walking Belief Change Process.
DreamsInterpretationandSixStepsReframingwillalsobecoveredinthissession.

Session4:SystemicNLP(29&30March2014)

We are all part of various systems with parts that affect each other through different
feedback loops. This session examines some of the ways systemic thinking can be
appliedtobelief systems. Wewill alsogo into the basics of persuasion and problem
solvingusingthe collaborativemodel. AlsoforthefirsttimeinaMasterPractitioner
Course you will have some experience using the Burt Hellinger pioneered Family
Constellation principles in NLP techniques to help people realign themselves within
majorsystems. JimsForgivenessPatternandHomeLeavingModelwillbecovered.

Third Generation NLP is about creating more systemic and generative approaches to
organisationalandculturalissuesaswellastoindividualsandteams.Itisrelatedmore
toidentity,visionandmissionandusesawholesystemperspective.
ThirdGenerationNLPworkswiththeinteractionbetweenthreedifferentintelligences
orminds:

Acognitivemindthatemergesfromthebrain;
Asomaticmindcenteredinthebody;
A field mind that comes from our relationship to and connection with larger
systemsaroundus.

Betweenthesethreemindsinordertoengenderadeeperandmoremultidimensional
intelligence.
ThirdgenerationNLPprovidestoolsforcenteringinoursomaticcore,
