TERMS & CONDITIONS - GP

1.

Serving Employees of PTV/ PTV-F/ M of I & B/ PBC/ SRBC, Retired Employees * and General Public
* Employee who had retired from service within five years from the announcement of this scheme.

An applicant can apply for only one plot in this scheme.

4.

An applicant must submit application on prescribed PTV-F application form.

5.

Undeveloped Plot Payment options:

Option i. An applicant may deposit the total discounted price of the undeveloped plot at the time of application. In case of
full payment an applicant will be entitled for a confirmed allotment.
Option ii. An applicant may pay 25 % of the undeveloped plot price as Down Payment and thereafter 3 equal quarterly
installments as indicated.
Option iii. An applicant may pay 25 % of the undeveloped plot price as Down Payment and thereafter 7 equal quarterly
installments as indicated.

In addition to undeveloped plot price an Applicant shall also pay equal quarterly installments towards the development
charges, which shall be notified in due- course of time. An applicant will be liable to pay enhanced development charges as
per market rate, if any, when ever demanded by the PTV-F.

7.

In case of default on payment of any installment as per schedule or on any other ground whatsoever, the applicant shall be
liable to pay that installment with 10% of the amount as late payment charges along with next month installment. If the
default continues for two consecutive months, the plot shall stand cancelled with out any further notice.

8.

Cancellation of a plot/ allotment in case of non compliance of any of the terms & conditions as amended from time to
time, or if an allottee decides to surrender his plot under whatever circumstances, the applicant/ allottee shall have no
claim on PTV-F except refund of deposits on deduction of 20 percent as penalty.

9.

In case of a corner plot 10 % additional price will be charged.

10. Transfer of plots will be permissible with the prior approval of the PTVF on payment of all outstanding dues against the
transferor on the date of transfer and on production of legal documents as required by PTV-F. A transfer fee shall be
charged.

11. No mark up / profit whatsoever shall be paid on the amount deposited by the applicant in case of his withdrawal/ surrender
cancellation of plot.
12. The Foundation shall be at liberty to cancel allotment at any time and allot the plot to any other party if allottee fail to clear
demanded dues of Foundation or violate terms & conditions or policy instructions of the Foundation.
13. The allottee shall abide by the rules, regulations, and terms & conditions of PTV Foundation prevailing for the time being
or into force from time to time.
14. It will be allottees responsibility to intimate mailing address correctly and timely for correspondence as and when change
of
address may occur.
15. These terms and conditions shall also be applicable to allottees nominee.
16. Applications received without full/ down payment shall not be entertained.
17. The applicant shall keep the original receipts of PTV-F in safe custody for showing at the time of allotment or claiming
refund of full/down payment in case a plot is not allotted.
18. An application processing fee of Rs. 3000 shall be charged, which shall be non-refundable and non- transferable.
