REVIEW OF THE ARTICLE ON UNDERSTANDING NEURO

BEHAVIOUR CONUNDRUM JOINING FORCES WITH QUANTUM

MECHANICS
Ref: Manuscript Number: AJME D -14 00078.
The following are the comments from the Reviewer: Dr.G.Paran Gowda, Patanjali Yog Peet.

1. Summary
The article on Understanding neuro behavior conundrum joining forces with quantum
mechanics is worth for publishing in Alexandria Journal of Medicine subject to some
modifications. More of quantum behavior of the neuro circuit is added in the article. Further
course of research is suggested.

The sub titles in the entire body of the article require numbering as per the standards of AJME.
The statements made in lines 40, 53 (page 2) require references.

It may be emphatically stated that all Newtons laws of motion in Classical physics could be
derived from the laws of Quantum physics. And therefore, line 5 sentence classical principles
are fundamentally false should be reframed.
Neuron Neuron interaction may further be explained by an example which may be given for
better understanding of quantum phenomena inside the brain.

It looks that there is no need to use G x E symbol to indicate Gene-Environment interaction. The
author may refer literature how human brain evolved from apes. For example, we may
supplement the above observations with the discovery of the gene miR-941, appears to have
played a pivotal role in human brain development (What made us human: 'unique' evolution gene
found November 15, 2012 . http://www.smh.com.au/technology/sci-tech/what-made-us-humanunique-evolution-gene-found-20121115-29d9p.html ). As per the research team findings, it is
the first time a new gene carried by humans and not by apes has been shown to have a specific
function in the human body and it could shed more light on human brain development leading to
language speaking. It is believed that it emerged between six and one million years ago, after
humans evolved from apes which is purely environmental dependent.

There is a need to explain the interaction between matter and energy on quantum lines. If we
presume matter is brain then where is the quantum energy out of the brain. Is it related to speed
of light ?. How one can apply E= m x c2 to the brain neuron neuron interaction?

The following lines may be supplemented for better clarity on the subject of epi genetics
Hydrogen being the lightest element of the matter ( here proteins composition), its fusion based
low energy nuclear quantum changes the structural and function of DNA / RNA at microscopic
level. Proteins are a form of matter. Energy sculpts what proteins can and will do and how they
will act in a cell. This is called conditions of existence, or epigenetics, today. Darwin told us
about both. Of the two, he said conditions of existence were by far more important. Biology has
forgotten what he said back then, because for 160 years, no one had a clue how epigenetic
worked.

The genome sequences information is to be collected from 0 to 30 years @ every 6 months.
From 30 years on wards till death, the DNA sequence information is to be recorded. The
modified (Kumar et al., 2013) DNA single molecule model is given in their paper. 0 years
Starting from a single DNA resonance with mothers DNA sequence Frequency matching
between outside an individual DNA with inside mothers DNA sequence. This we understand by
conceptualizing every replication as a habit, formed along with the physically identified
molecule. This is undetected but observed in the form of the behavioral response

There are lot of ways to arrange the numbers from 0 to 10. These numbers behave molecular
distribution paths in different ways which have the behavioral characteristics of permutation and
combinations in the brain. The average symptom follows this permutation and combination
methods.
