electronic transfer of design information.
The design service can be delivered upon receiving scaled drawings, clients brief
and some photos (if necessary). Site visits and surveys can therefore be avoided,
hence cost savings.
We offer efficient service; turnaround time can be as little as two days and all work is
done according to the relevant standards and codes of practice.
Send a copy of the scaled DWG or DXF drawings to us by e-mail
at support@structures-made-easy.co.uk we will review your drawings and return with
a quote. Upon agreement your calculation usually will take 2-5 working days to
prepare unless otherwise stated.

Extensions | Loft Conversions

Loft conversions: We provide structural engineering service to reconfigure the old
structural arrangement and ensure the new structure is as robust and safe as
possible. In addition we also provide architectural service to show the proposed
optimised space and get the required permissions from the local authorities.We deal
with all types of roofs (whether hipped, hip to gable, mansard, velux, dormers) in
London whether it is just internal modifications or adding a dormer and almost all
lofts are convertible.
Extensions: whether it is a side/rear/single storey/two storey extension or

Extensions can be under permitted development or requiring planning application. In
