Karnataka, Gujarat, and Maharashtra. Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is
involved in implementing, Production support and integrating the IT Systems at
TTL to give a complete IT solution.
This project involves production support for the systems -Order
management (Metasolv), Billing application (Arbor BP), Customer Relationship
Management (Oracle CRM), Integration Manager (TIBCO) and also
implementing new Change Requests.
Analyzing the impacts of the business requirements and proposing a
feasible solution, Converting the Business Requirements to IT requirements,
Preparing the Solution PPT, HLD documents for the Development teams.

As a Business Analyst, providing solutions for business requirements


which involve interfacing applications like ePos, Tibco, CRM and many
other applications in TTSL.

Description
The Verisign Prepay IN system is comprised of three major subsystems:

The Prepay system is a real-time rating and charging IN solution


that enables Wireless Network Operators to offer wireless prepaid
service using the operators existing Mobile Switching Centre/Home
Location Registry (MSC/HLR).

A subscriber account management capability to enable the


subscriber to view the status of their account, change some of the
account attributes, including language, and replenish the funds as
required.

A system management capability to enable the carrier to:


1. Manage the system, including performing data backups;
bulk provisioning of new pre-active subscribers,
downloading call record and replenishment data, and
running both accounting and traffic reports.
2. Manage subscriber accounts through a Graphical User
Interface (GUI) that supports account balance adjustments,
rate plan assignment and change, adding services to
subscribers portfolios, or changing their existing service
attributes.
