History of Company
The Company

After the democratic election in 1994, thousands of

people have lost their jobs because the majority
companies have closed. Majority of these companies
were owned and managed by White people who have
decided to leave South Africa because it was going to be
the democratic country. Its an open secret that the
government cannot employ all people.
TSHEDZA ADVANCED PROJECT (PTY) LTD was formed
and registered as a Private Company and decided to
contribute to the local economy, by hiring people to
reduce the unemployment rate in the community.

Management Team

The Management team is composed of one member

who is responsible for the management of the day to
day business activities. Employees will be employed
from our province as a strategic way to curb the rate of
unemployment and poverty.

in our customer oriented management and operations,
continuous efforts to expand our existing market and

After the democratic elections of south Africa in 1994.

The past-apartheid government immediately embarked
on rebuilding our beautiful country. Much needed
programs and policies such as RDP, GEAR, Affirmative
Action, gender Equity, Black economic empowerment
were implemented to readdress the imbalances of the
past. Since TSHEDZA ADVANCED PROJECT (PTY) LTD,
Black owned and managed business has assisted in
building the economy and help in reducing the
unemployment rate.

employees will be furnished with copy of policy.
Salaries shall be in accordance with industries standards, and
structured to maintain a staff turnover within 10%

running of the business.
Reports are compiled monthly to evaluate the running of
the business.
A separate bank account has been opened. Income &
expenditure are recorded and reconciled every day.
Monthly account reports: Cashbook, Bank reconciliation
are compiled.
TSHEDZA ADVANCED PROJECT (PTY) LTD S manager and her
workers will meet each week to discuss actual performance
compared with plans. Objectives shall be agreed annually for
each employee and performance reviewed quarterly.

training and support external industry related and professional
