Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a Five Star Resort or Hotel environment
Minimum 1 - 2 years experience in similar role.
HEAD CHEF STAFF KITCHEN
Knowledge and Skills
Minimum 4 years experience in a Five Star Resort or Hotel environment
Dynamic and highly motivated
Fluent in English oral and written is a must

Must have computer knowledge

To assist the Sous Chef in the daily operation of the Kitchen and be fully responsible for
the Restaurant operation in the absence of the Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef
To ensure work area is kept to a hygienic and safe state at all time as in

Ensure the baker is performing as per the standards and duties assigned

Assist to the Executive pastry chef in producing as per the resort standard and
expectation for guest satisfaction
To actively run the bakery section and adhere to all handling, storage and cleanliness
requirements of the section
To prepare all items to the correct number and portion size with minimal waste

Manage flow of activity in the kitchen during production and during events
Oversee maintenance and upkeep of all storage areas
Strong personality who fosters good team working relations
To work with and lead your colleagues to ensure the day to day operation is smooth
To train, support, coach and guide all junior colleagues

Very good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills are a must
Very good knowledge of international beverage and cocktail list
You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your
customers
High energy driven, out-going, positive

F&B HOSTESS - WAITRESS
