TERMS OF AGREEMENT
To better the members of all who join the airsoft team “G.R.A.T” These set of carefully
planed guidelines are placed to ensure peace, happiness, and tranquility among the
members of the group.

Section 1
This section covers the punishment procedures.
A. All members must follow each and every rule to each section of every
part of this document. If infringed severe consequences will be
determined upon the action executed.
B. All decisions pertaining punishment will be made by Captain and or
Co-Captain, but cannot exceed a maximum of more than but are not
limited to a simple currency fee and or additional “work” of the
recipient nor can any punishment exceed unlawful demand.
C. Work or exercise punishments can be exceeded by a donation to the
group; this again will be decided by the Captain and or Co-Captain.
a. These decisions also cannot exceed unlawful demands.
b. However the punishment shall match the intensity of the crime

Section 2
This section covers meeting procedure.

A. Each member is expected to attend each meeting


B. Each member is expected to bring their copy of this document to each
meeting
C. The group can and will have both “called” meetings, and “scheduled”
meetings.
a. Called meetings are meetings in which are not mandatory and are
called randomly to ensure extra training and or problem solving
b. Scheduled meetings are meetings done on a regular basis and are
mandatory. These are the meetings with fees
D. This is a non-profit organization; however upon arrival of each meeting,
each member is expected to bring a $5 (five dollar) fee to supply (but
is not limited to): ammunition, supplies, and apparel to each member
of the team.
E. A fee is expected each and every time we have a meeting unless
specified by captain.

a. Fees are not expected at “called” meetings, which would be a meeting


not scheduled by the regular training basis. However Donations are
welcome and can be given to the team treasurer.
b. Each fee may be paid weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
i. So long as these actions are specified by the individual
member.
F. Meetings will mostly be held at the Captain’s house. In the event that the
captain cannot hold a meeting at their house, the meeting will be moved to
the Co-captains house, however may be overridden if the Co-captains house
is insufficient for training or said meeting. In which case remaining team
will vote on where to hold the meeting.
G. If by chance the Captain’s house is an insufficient training ground, or is in
an insufficient location the group may vote on a permanent meeting place.
H. The date and time for the regular schedule of each meeting will be decided
by the entire team.

Section 3
This section covers Attendance

A. If a member is absent for a meeting and if the absence is an unlawful dis-


presence this is proper conduct so long as the fee for both meetings is
paid in full.
a. A dis-attendance constitutes as any of which but is not limited to:
i. Absence of the entire person
ii. Partial absence of entire person
iii. Neglect of meeting
iv. Neglect of fee
v. Neglect of meeting and fee
B. In the event that a member shall neglect more than one meeting , the
following will occur:
a. Member must repay (in full) lost or unpaid fees.
b. Member will be charged an additional fee.
c. Additional fees will be placed on top of the entire sum until debt is
paid in full.
C. Avoiding fees can only be done if
a. You have a lawful absence.
D. A lawful absence constitutes as any of the following:

i. For whatever reason (haircut, dentist, doctor, ect.) is a lawful


absence so long as a signed note from parent/guardian or a note
from appointment is obtained by team Captain.
ii. A vacation is also a constituted as a lawful absence so long as,
a. A “heads-up” notice is issued at least one week in
advance of next missed meeting, and a signed note
from: parent/guardian is received either before the trip
or after the trip.
b. A vacation also constitutes as a one day trip/family trip
so long as you sign a “Sign out form.”
ii. A partial absence can be avoided by giving a “heads up” notice
at beginning or before the meeting.
iii. Neglect of fee can be avoided by a lawful absence.
iv. Neglect of meeting and fee can be avoided by a lawful absence.

Section 4
This section covers the “Sign-in/Sign-out sheets”

A. Upon entering each member is expected to sign there name on a “sign-in


sheet”
B. This will include
i. Printed name of member
ii. Signature of member
iii. Date
iv. Information regarding early dismissal.
C. Upon an early dismissal said member will sign out with the “sign-out sheet”
D. The “Sign-out sheet” is similar to the sign-in sheet.
E. It will consist of all of the same features with the exception of the “note
number.”
i. The note number is the number assigned to the note received
by members.

Section 5
This section covers injuries
A. Each and every person is 100% (one hundred percent) responsible for their
actions.
B. If an injury were to occur said individual is held responsible for their actions
C. In the event that an injury is purposely caused by another individual then said
individual is held responsible for injury.
a. With intensions that common sense is applied

Section 6
This section covers misdemeanors

A. In the event that misdemeanors were to arise the individual accused will
be severely punished.
B. These punishments cannot exceed unlawful punishment

Section 7
This section covers additions to this document

A. An addition can be added if and only if the Captain and Co-Captain agree on
an addition to this document.
B. Removal of an addition or a root stem or statement of this document can be
done if and only if a 2/3 vote of all members is won in the vote to
remove a specific part of this document.
C. Removal of an unsuccessful addition to document can be done without vote so
long as it is docked in the updates section as an update and is noted as
an unsuccessful addition (UA).
D. For any member of the team to propose an addition to this document a
a. First, said member must write a summary of what they are proposing
b. Second, they must write the exact phrase that they wish to propose in
the document
c. Third they must write a summary reason for why the amendment
should be made
d. Fourthly said member must present this to the Captain and Co-Captain
at the next meeting
E. Both the Captain and Co-Captain will either
a. Pursue the amendment(s) at the meeting and work on putting it into
this document or
b. Reject the proposal at the meeting where amendment(s) are proposed
F. In the event that the amendment is pursued, the Captain and Co-Captain will
convene outside of normal meeting times to discuss the amendment(s).
a. They have full right to change wording, meanings, and overall
arrangement of the proposal.
G. Once the amendment has been adjusted by the Captain and Co-Captain, the
amendment will then be put up for vote at next meeting.
a. When voted upon it must win by an overall 2/3 vote
H. The Captain and Co-Captain can Make changes and/or additions to this
document so long as they both agree upon them

Section 8
This section covers the voting procedure

A. The voting procedure is used on all issues stating a vote


B. The voting procedure is simple; each member is nominated as a candidate;
then is voted on by the remaining team.
a. The candidate is elected by a 2/3 vote.
C. The possible positions available are
a. Captain (Automatically chosen if starts the group)
b. Co-captain/Sub-captain/Manager
c. Treasurer (can also be captain)
d. Mainframe intelligence. (not 100% necessary)
i. Can be captain and/or co-captain

Section 9
This section covers the Ratification process

A. To ratify this document, either


a.Each individual member becoming a member will sign the original copy
of the document
b. A session will be held with all possible members, whoever signs, joins,
all others will cease existence in group.
c.Each member signs their own copy
B. Once ratified a copy will be sent to each member labeled “COPY”
where they will sign there name on it as a proof of membership.
C. If changes are made after ratified an additional copy will be sent to
each member where the original copy will be voided, and all copies
sent to recipients will be voided and replaced.
D. Any of which changes are possible without any consent from any other
being before this document is ratified.
E. After ratifying a meeting will be held to amend, and rearrange this
document.

Section 10
This section covers safety

A. Each member is required to respect everyone else’s safety


B. Each member must follow the safety guidelines of the U.S. federal law
and have their regulation ¼ inch orange tip on their gun.
a.This not only helps each member equally at giving them a fair chance of
finding you but also will not be a safety hazard to law enforcement.
C. All Guns MUST be U.S. Regulation guns or member will be punished
severely

Section 11
This section covers requirements

A. Each member is required to have the following minimums in order to


join the team
a. A forest Camouflage BDU
b. A secondary class AEG (NO PISTOLS, they are permitted to play
with but they may not be your primary weapon
c. A common knowledge of Airsoft and its history. (this will be provided
to you upon entry)

Please note: this page if voided if changes are made after ratification, changed
document needs to be resigned on the new, amended copy.
