ORASKA School Management System

Now we are living in a digital age. Every organization is running by automated new
technologies. For keeping pace with the world Bangladesh is not in a backward position
to use the updated technologies. Our educational institutions are deprived from the touch
of new technologies as there were not enough or cheap technologies available in
Bangladesh. Keeping that in mind we developed some new technologies to manage
different types of educational institutions activities like counting attendance, Generating
report, Generating salaries, giving notice to the parents by SMS or e-mail. It will be a
total school management solution. It is very user friendly and cheap. It can be used by
any types of school, college or universities.

How does it work?

RFID reader will be installed in every gate of the school.

Every student will have a RFID identity card.
Each RFID card has unique ID and contact information.
When a student comes in the vicinity of RFID reader, the ID and contact
information will be stored in the platform.
- As soon as the student enters or leaves the school, the RFID reader will
automatically detect the card and send a SMS to his/her parents.
- The software automatically generates an attendance shit for any time interval set
by the authority.
- Any kind of notice can be sent to the parents through SMS or Email.
