Objectives:
To build a strategy map from organizational strategic objectives and understand the factors that drive business
success
To learn how to improve both individual and organizational performance by identifying performance requirements,
measurement of results and review of progress in the achievement of set targets.
To focus on combining the benefits of balanced scorecards, operational dashboards, performance managements, and
data visualization and then implement them with IBM Cognos.
Expected Outcome:
Student should be able to
Design a performance management system to improve the overall organizational performance by managing the
performances of different departments & teams to achieve the overall organizational ambitions and goals.
To identify right KPIs for the business success then develop scorecards & dashboards to impact decision making
process in order to achieve targeted success.
