5 INSTALLATION GUIDE

I.

Winshuttle TRANSACTION Installation

*Note: All Installation should be done via Microsoft Explorer at this time. Also,
users need to ensure option for download with Admin Rights (Right click to Run
as Administrator. These settings to be verified with Windows 7.

A. Winshuttle TRANSACTION INSTALLATION

1. Create a request through Service Now Jabil Service Catalog
a) Select main category: Supply Chain

b) Select Winshuttle
c) To ensure faster service, please note:
i.
STS Role [TRANSACTION is authorized for STS team members;
RUNNER can be utilized for site SME]
ii.
Windows NT ID
iii.
Please have ticket routed to Megan Hoover in IT STS SAS
group.
2. Send Email to Megan Hoover with ticket number to ensure faster response.
3. Send a separate request for SAP role: ZS_GLOBAL_WINSHUTTLE_RFC via
Service Now (CUP request for other SAP environments)
4. FROM MICROSOFT EXPLORER, Download .exe file:

NOTE: Windows 7 Users MUST right click and Run as Administrator
5. Complete all steps through Installation Wizard
6. Locate and save the Google Docs License Key to License Folder for
TRANSACTION:

a) Sharepoint folder: Winshuttle > Winshuttle Installation > TRANSACTION

b) File is a .lic file

c) Save License File to C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\Winshuttle

B. Winshuttle TRANSACTION Upgrade 10.0/10.1 to 10.2

1. FROM MICROSOFT EXPLORER, Download .exe file:

2. Complete all steps through Installation Wizard
3. Delete Old License. Ensure user checks ALL locations for License File, as there
could be multiples stored.
a) Delete ALL old Winshuttle License Files found.
b) Places weve seen file stored:Places weve seen file stored:
i.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Winshuttle\TRANSACTION\license
ii.
C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\TRANSACTION\license
iii.
C:\ProgramData\Winshuttle\license
iv.
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\Winshuttle\License.
Note: If you don't see the Application Data folder, then you will need to unhide it. Go to
Tools, Folder Options, View, and choose "Show hidden files and folders".

4. Locate and save the Google Docs License Key to License Folder for
TRANSACTION:
a) Sharepoint folder: Winshuttle > Winshuttle Installation > TRANSACTION
