Objectives

The project is pursuing an interactive approach to the community, This

strategy consists of the following four objectives:
- The DEVCOM projects aims to help the citizens to be aware and
prevent what they fear
- The DEVCOM projects aims to clear the potential thieves mind
and approach living from stealing is wrong.
- The DEVCOM projects aims to alert the barangay tanods and
police that the situation is getting more serious than ever
- The DEVCOM projects aims to improve the security in the
community
- The DEVCOM projects aims to urge the out of school youth to
work not to steal

Target Audience

The primary audience is the residence of the community specially the

females because they are more concern with their families safety
based on the tally of my questionnaire, as well as the security guards
and barangay tanods my secondary audience is the potential thieves
and the out of school youth teens, they need to be aware of what
might happened to them if they are caught, and its better to prevent
than to cure.

school youth

Message design and channel strategies:

Huwag kumuha ng hindi iyo, kung hindi iyo, ibalik mo

1. Pamphlet- the contents of this pamphlet is the awareness and

the Dos and DONTs when leaving the house so we can
prevent thieves
2. Seminars- seminars about knowing what to do in case the
thieves is caught red handed, and inviting a police officer to
educate the people about what is the consequence if they tried
to steal and get caught.
3. Pins- the pin represents the anti-stealing campaign and
support the project.
4. Freedom wall- a wall where they can right what they want
about the system of their barangay about the issue they can
write about what they want to improve and what do they need
5. Online community group- they can post their own experience
and tip the other members of the group on how to face a
situation like that. And they can even post number or contact of
a person who can help them, plus it can stronger the bond of
the community.

Delivery and monitoring- im planning to implement my proposal by

talking to the barangay tanods to have a daily monitoring and promote the
online community group, to keep them intact and help each other when in
time of need, and maybe convince the out of school youth to go to school
by making programs for them too. Every twice a week a barangay staff will
visit them and the residence can consult of what their quires are.

Summary and impact evaluation- Draw up action plan, produce and field
test samples of media materials, revise and finalize materials, content and
use of materials, distribute materials, and monitor campaign as it unfolds.
An important point to be stressed in the pamphlet is that it begins with a
slogan that needs analysis with potential target beneficiaries; setting
specific development or project goals is thus made on the basis of direct
input from those who will be directly involved.

Review and Replanning- According to the resident that I have spoken to,
my project for them is quite complicated, and as for me thats what I
thought as well but the project went well because of the environment is
friendly and they are participating well, the pamphlet didnt work because
according to my observation people there dont like reading im planning to
do a video presentation so it can be easily understood by them.
