phobia,andanadditional9percentfeelstressedwhentheirmobilephonesareoff.Thestudy
sampled2,163people.Fiftyfivepercentofthosesurveyedcitedkeepingintouchwithfriends
orfamilyasthemainreasonthattheygotanxiouswhentheycouldnotusetheirmobile
phones.Thestudycomparedstress(/basics/stress)levelsinducedbytheaveragecaseof
nomophobiatobeonparwiththoseofweddingdayjittersandtripstothedentist.
