Stat. 57.105 (3)(c), that plaintiff‘s counsel be required to pay the entire amount of the attorneys fees incurred by defendant State Farm of Florida’. It is ADJUDGED that Defendant, State Farm Florida Insurance Company, Post Office Box 106133, Atlanta, Georgia 30348-6133, recover from Alvarez, Carbonell, Feltman, Jimenez, Gomez, PL, including but not limited to, S$. Antonio Jimenez, Florida Bar Number: 658731, and ‘wr. gimenez is a partner in the firm. Mr. Jimenez and Mr. Toledo represented the plaintiffs during the litigation. In addition, the court conmends to the attention of counsel Florida Rules of Professional Conduct 4-5.3Franklin Toledo, Florida Bar Number 62255 ("Plaintiffs’ Counsel"), (Social Security Numbers Unknown), 2100 Ponce De Leon Boulevard, Suite 750, Coral Gables, Florida 33134, the sum of $82,224. The sum shall bear interest at the applicable statutory rate, for which let execution issue.
