Job Summary

The SAP PM Functional Analyst is responsible for developing solutions, supporting production
applications and the review and recommendation of new applications. This position will
leverage SAP to support Plant Maintenance best practices within the SAP landscape. This is
a hands-on role that will execute PM configuration, functional documentation; all PM related
testing, integration testing, system documentation and training materials.

Competencies
Provide business analysis and process redesign expertise in SAP PM functionality.
SAP configuration, implementation and support in an ECC 6.0 environment. Including
Maintenance Management, Maintenance Planning, Work Order and Capacity Planning,
Work Clearance Management, PM Structures, Master Data for PM, Costing Activity Types,
Procurement, Preventative Maintenance and Financial postings.

Strong business knowledge in the Plant Maintenance processes and best practices.

Configure SAP PM functionality to satisfy business requirements and business process

design.

Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements,

forms and workflows as they relate to the PM components of SAP

Support peripheral systems and interfaces related to the Plant Maintenance function.

Design and execute test plans to ensure that business requirements and functional
specifications are implemented properly and meet business objectives.

Develop business relationships and integrate activities with other IT areas to ensure
successful implementation and support project efforts.

Communicate SAP capabilities/possibilities within functional modules.

Collaborate cross-functionally with representatives throughout the company.

Provide primary end user support for the SAP PM module. This includes
troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of end user problems as well as performing
routine system maintenance checks and corrective actions.

Mentor peers

English skills must be proficient to understand, read, write and speak English

Extensive knowledge of the integration points within ECC environment and with
external systems.

Qualifications: Education & Work Experience

A bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable SAP PM functional experience

Completion of a minimum of 3 SAP PM implementations

Project management principals, methodology, and proficiency. PMP Certification
preferred.
Integration requirements with other SAP modules
Strong experience with Syclo, SAP Mobile platform
Experience with Solution Manager a plus.
Technical ability to work within application framework to configure applications that
meet the needs of the business
Strong understanding of business system design in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated ability to accurately and quickly complete deliverables with a high
degree of utility and efficient use of system resources
Strong commitment to customer service and support
Leadership
Must be able to communicate with systems user community and management in a
simple convincing manner and on all levels with peers.
Must understand the common goals of the company and work well with all
departments in order to achieve them.
Technical Knowledge Requirements:
In-depth SAP PM experience required
Familiarity with integration points with other SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM and QM
