Data with bid shall be retained for information only (for down stream
engineering).
Final data after award of job shall be subject
to EIL/BPCL review and approval.

NOTES
1.

Vendor shall refer to EIL specification number 7-76-101
instructions to vendor for quality data requirements.

Document distribution schedule shall be as follows.
i)

Documents listed under column 3 above are to be submitted in 6


copies.
ii)
Documents listed under column 4 above are to be submitted in 8
copies (6 copies to consultant and 2 copies to purchaser)
iii)
Documents listed under column 5 above are to be submitted in 8
copies (6 copies to consultant and 2 copies to purchaser)
iv)
The documents listed under column 6 shall be submitted as hard
bound indexed books (10 copies) and in soft copies on CD (3 sets)
containing all drawings/documents as per vendor data requirement.
The distribution of these documents and CDs shall be as described
herein:
.1a. six hard copies + one set of CDs to client site
.2b. one hard copy + one set of CDs to client head office
.3c. one hard copy + one set of CDs to consultant
d. two hard copies of bound indexed books to the site with
consignment and shall be submitted within four weeks of release
note/despatch of material/equipment from vendors works.

All documents except document at 2.iv.d mentioned above shall


be sent to EIL Delhi office through courier service. Documents at
2.iv.d mentioned above shall be sent directly to the site with
consignment.
