Guidance
Each table lists activities related to the department tables are listed in alphabetical order by department.
The tables display the PSA code and activity name that you are required to input into the PSA Points Declaration
Form. There are also instructions detailed next to each of the activities, detailing how you claim for that activity
and a description of the activity itself.
It is important that you ensure that you are claiming for the right activity within the correct department, otherwise
your PSA points claim might not be verified.
To search for your activity within this document you can use ctrl + f to bring up the search the document tool.
To claim your PSA points for activities that you have undertaken during the past two academic years: 2013/14 and
2014/15 please complete the PSA points declaration form via:
https://uobasops.formstack.com/forms/psapoints15
When prompted to input your claims please write the activity code, activity name and any further information
required to claim for that activity. You will also need to select the year you undertook the activity and input the
total amount of points you are claiming for. The points form will allow you to claim for up to ten different activities
per form. If you have undertaken more than ten activities (not including external work and voluntary experience)
you can submit the form more than once. At the end of each form, it will automatically calculate the total number
of points you have claimed for.
Prior Experience
To claim your PSA points for activities that you have undertaken during academic years prior to 2013/14 please
complete the PSA Prior Experience form via https://canvas.bham.ac.uk/courses/7006/pages/form-bank
